We recently used Fat Zach’s to cater our wedding and we’ve never been so happy! Our plan was to have a more casual wedding menu, and we were so excited when Fat Zach’s was available on our date. From the very beginning, Shanna (Mrs. Fat Zach’s) went above and beyond to answer every single one of my questions and make our elevated pizza buffet come to life. When I asked about allergies, Shanna asked about the specific brands that worked for our family and made sure to only include menu items that fit our needs. On the day of our wedding, our guests LOVED Fat Zach’s menu and are still sending us messages about it! Our cocktail hour featured their charcuterie board, and my husband and I loved that the FZ team made us our own plate to enjoy a quiet moment together immediately following the ceremony. The NBD and CBR pizzas were a fan favorite on the buffet line and we really appreciated the extra pizzas that were left for us to enjoy after the Fat Zach’s team left the event. Thank you Fat Zach’s for helping to make our day so special! We highly recommend using Fat Zach’s catering team and food truck for your next event!

We arranged to have the Tuck-ins team come to our wedding to set up a table with small fire stations and Tuck-ins so that our guests could roast their own s'mores as a fun, interactive dessert. All of my guests loved them and they were also able to take some home if they wanted to save one for later. Additionally, working with the Tuck-ins team was great; they're very responsive and were even able to customize the labels on the Tuck-ins to have our names and wedding date on them. It was truly a unique part of our wedding and I think everyone enjoyed it. Highly recommend!
