The planning process was incredibly simple. With all the moving parts weddings encompass, the staff were very flexible and accommodating to what we wanted to make our day as special as it was. The setting for the ceremony and reception felt like we were in another world. Again, the planning for how we wanted our items set up were seamless with the staff's help. They made sure all the details we wanted were accommodated for. Lastly, but certainly very important and helpful was the cleanup for the end of the night. Staff were on point with making sure we had all our belongings and items needed prior to departing the venue. We had no worries with making sure everything was cleaned up and accounted for. Overall, our day was perfect and so happy we chose Venue at the Grove. Starting at my trial, she made me so comfortable and even sent a prep sheet on how to best prep for this. She listened very intently to what I was saying I wanted and took the time to go through inspo photos I had saved to pick apart what I liked and disliked. After the trial, she was communicative leading up to the wedding day. On wedding day, she was very adaptable, as we had a small space to set up in and the room got very warm. They worked promptly to get my bridesmaids, myself, my mom and mother in law all pretty for the day of. Everyone’s hair and makeup lasted throughout the wind and the tears of the day. He was perfect at coordinating music for our wedding ceremony, followed by our private first dance. But it was when our guests entered the room that TREGO’s mastery came into full display. He turned our wedding reception into the best dance party we’ve ever been to! Complete with all the lights, cold sparks and smoke, and most importantly, Gloria! (Note to future clients - get ALL of TREGO’s enhancements!!) His ability to read the room/vibe and keep the perfect mix of music playing and people on their feet all night was incredible. TREGO’s planning did not go unnoticed. In our preparations, he had an easy-to-use website that allowed us to share with him our preferences, likes and dislikes. And we appreciated it so much that he listened to us and delivered exactly what we wanted. He incorporated our must play songs and threw in some fun surprises from the same period. Our friends are still talking about how much fun he was. At our request, he also gave us the playlist for the night, as well as some fabulous footage of the behind scenes setup that was so fun to watch and brought us right back to that perfect night. “We LOVE Andrea! The second we met her in our initial call, we knew that she was the perfect photographer for us. We were able to plan how to spend the day together, she helped us with our timeline, and we collaborated to figure out what types of photos were the most important for us to have - and then she executed. Family photos, in particular, can be chaotic, and we weren't sure how it would go with our various people. Andrea came in and ran things so smoothly, our families were commenting on it even after the wedding - babies, grandmothers, cousins, everyone was captured so wonderfully (and efficiently!!). In addition to everything we can say about Andrea's professional capacities, she is also just an incredible human. There is something so wonderful in being able to say we LOVED our vendors, and Andrea is at the top of that list. “I got married in November 2024 and Babydoll Weddings (specifically, Beka) did my hair and makeup as well as my maid of honors and the results were amazing! I also had her do a scar cover up and I was very happy with those results as well. I had a trial but really struggled with what I wanted to with my hair because it is extremely thick and long. On the morning of my wedding day, I made a very big change to my hair style that we did not discuss prior. Beka was confident that she would be able to pull it off. I could not believe how it came out - it was absolutely perfect in every way! And let me tell you, everyone and I mean EVERYONE, could not stop talking about how beautiful I looked but specifically, they could not believe how amazing my hair looked. My daughter (who happened to be my maid of honor) is getting married in 2025 and when I told her I would pay for her hair and makeup, she immediately wanted to (and did) book Babydoll Weddings and did not want to consider any other HMU vendors. “On December 26, 2025 our daughter married her “Captain America”. We worked with Mackenzie and she was FANTASTIC!!!! She answered all my crazy questions, made our daughter and son in laws day exactly what they were hoping for…..it was perfect!!! Food was great, they tended to every detail, sorted items that we brought for EASY pick up for us. My husband and I wanted to walk in, have a beautiful day, party, and pick up our stuff and leave and Superstition and Mackenzie made it happen!!! If you are getting married, I highly recommend getting married at Superstition Manor and for sure request Mackenzie!!!!!!”
