Do you have a minimum to provide services?

We require a host + 3. This would mean a minimum of 4 individuals. If traveling. **Don't hesitate to reach out if you do not meet the minimum as we will make arrangements to assist all inquiring parties**

Do you provide hair styling?

A.Rey Makeup Artistry is a complete beauty team of experts who specialize in either hair or makeup. We have been trained extensively in each service area for over 15 years and provide packages for couples that include hair and makeup if that is something you are interested in.

Question 3

Do you travel? If so what are your travel Fees? What are they and why do you have them?

Accepted Answer

Travel fees are applicable on all on location weddings. We charge the state regulation of $1.40 x the miles of the getting ready location for round trip. If your wedding is over an hour and a half away, we will require reasonable overnight accommodations in order to be punctual and put out our best work for your big day. We pride ourselves on professionalism and luxury. We will not be late or create a look that is anything but our best!

What does Pricing Include?

Bridal services not only includes the elevated experience, but a month to month guide, frequent check ins, skin prep recommendations, hair prep recommendations, preferred vendors, a wedding welcome package, timeline and coordination with you and your planner, and much more. Once you are booked with us; we are with you for the entire wedding journey.

Are you insured?

100% yes! Some venues require insurance, but we have always invested in our company insurance for safety reasons and have an insurance policy for all liabilities.

How do you book with A.Rey Makeup Artistry?

We have been in the bridal industry for many years and have streamlined our booking process for you and me. Once you inquire about your wedding date and I am available. We then move forward to filling out a booking form, creating a contract, and obtaining a retainer. Everything is digital and can be done within 30mins. After that your date is secured and you are now an A.Rey bride!

Are you capable of doing makeup on a range of skin tones and skin types?

Absolutely! I am experienced with all tones, nationalities, and skin types. I have been working on the East Coast for nearly 13 years prior to moving to Arizona. I pride myself as a Latina woman to be able to work with absolutely everyone and make sure to have everything necessary for an application in my kit!

I see a lot of natural brides on your page? Can you do glam too?

Of course! My specialty is bridal and providing an elevated makeup experience. I love enhancing natural beauty and making brides feel super confident leaving my chair. Whatever your vision is, I can make it happen.

Question 9

Do you offer trials?

Accepted Answer

I currently offer previews in studio on the west side of the valley off of loop 101 and Bell Rd. A preview is to mimic the look of your day and to of course get to know each other a little bit better and develop a relationship since we will be spending half of your wedding day together.

Question 10

Can I book a preview before I book my wedding date?

Accepted Answer

You absolutely can if I have the availability, but please remember it is very risky. A preview doesn't hold your date. A retainer and signed contract do. If you do a preview before securing your date, you run the risk of losing your wedding date.
