Located in West Midtown Atlanta and built in 1970s, you will be greeted by the history that makes The West Venue the only venue of its kind in Atlanta. Terminal West lies within the King Plow Arts Center in West Midtown Atlanta. The arts center originally started out as a plow factory but was converted into studios in the 1990’s. Terminal West once was an iron smelting room and has been transformed into a music venue with modern production while maintaining the original factory aesthetics. Terminal West opened its doors in March of 2012 and is now a concert venue/event space.

Part of the Lee + White development along Atlanta’s BeltLine trail, the Garage houses 3 separate barrel aging rooms, a coolship, and an onsite orchard and garden. The Garage also features artisanal handcrafted pizzas that are baked in an Italian-built oven at over 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The crust uses a yeast culture that is a special sourdough blend containing wild yeast strains captured in the Garage’s coolship. Ventanas is Atlanta’s premier event space with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows which reveal a sweeping view of downtown and midtown Atlanta – a view that soars from Stone Mountain to Kennesaw Mountain. Perched atop the 14th and 15th stories of the Park Pavilion building in the city’s Centennial Park District, Ventanas offers 9,547 inspiring square feet of premier indoor and outdoor rooftop space across the street from Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola. The space is only one block from the CNN Center, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, American Cancer Society and AmericasMart.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.
