Butler's Grand Ballroom at Cornerstone Commons is located in downtown Butler, PA. It resides in a century old building that was originally designed by Thayer Architects of New Castle. Construction on the building was completed in early 1906. Upon arriving at Butler's Grand Ballroom, a golden elevator ride will transport you to third floor where elegance surrounds you with a timeless design of days gone by. Sixteen foot high coffered ceilings with gold egg and dart moldings, ten foot tall windows with oak trim and Williamsburg brass chandeliers provide a fairytale setting for your intimate wedding. Magnolia Spring Farm is a historic 80-acre family-owned flower farm. Onsite there is its namesake fresh-flowing spring along with hilltop pastures, flower fields and wooded coves. An industrial space, the farm is a blank slate to work with so that your wedding vision can come to life. Seat up to 175 guests inside the barn across the two levels. Or host your event on the outdoor patio, under the Sycamore tree with a gorgeous fireplace view. Renovated restrooms and a catering prep kitchen are located inside on the lower level. The historic farmhouse is also included in your rental- the main house is 4br/2bth (clawfoot tub!) and includes a makeup bar room, hairstyling room and full kitchen.
