About this venue
With a love for the Wedding Industry, local residents and business owners, Cathy & Ben Burnheimer, took over the property January 1, 2021. Maintaining the integrity of the 150 year old barn, the couple transformed the space to the beautiful venue it is today. Avenue in Sarver is the premiere place to host all of your special events.

Only a short 25 mile drive north of Pittsburgh, Avenue in Sarver is the premiere place to host all of your special events. Our 150 year old historic barn has operated as a working farm, dress shop & local tavern. Owners Cathy and Ben Burnheimer saw the potential and renovated this space into an elegant event venue with rustic charm. They kept the beautiful wooden beams and barn loft celebrating the history of the building, but then added clean, farmhouse décor making it exceptional for any celebration.
