Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. Amy Tidwell is an artist who specializes in custom cookie decorating. Before opening PaisLee’s Sweet Treats she perfected her baking and piping techniques. This solidified her skill sets and fed her passion for eventually creating a business of her own.

Handmade Indulgence: All the pies are made with real butter and local fruits from farmers in the Northwest! We strive to have the most beautiful deserts with the taste to match! Our specialty is delicious all-butter crusts which taste as sweet as they look. We take great pride in baking deserts for weddings, corporate events, tea party (birthday parties), coffee & tea shops, and farmers market.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
