Event spaces include the Sonia & Isaac Luski Gallery on the first floor of the building, a rooftop vertical garden terrace, a solarium, and multiple board and conference rooms.

220 North Tryon at Foundation for the Carolinas is a beautiful and elegant venue that created an elevated experience for our wedding guests. We felt it was the perfect fit for our wedding and had so much fun!! Brittany was helpful and communicative with us and our vendors throughout the planning process. She was there during our whole wedding with a team who executed every transition seamlessly. We highly recommend 220 North Tryon for a modern and classy event.

Venues at Station West

4.5

Charlotte, NC
  • Up to 300 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $9,000

The Venues at Station West are indoor and outdoor multi-purpose event spaces. Our flagship indoor event space, The Union, is a blank canvas and perfect for those ready to create the wedding of their dreams! An industrial vibe with unique finishes, 16' ceilings and views of Uptown Charlotte is capable of hosting up to 300 guests for weddings. The outdoor space, The Plaza, features terraced gardens and seating, and adaptable furniture to accommodate different types of groups and events. Station West is a redevelopment located in Charlotte's historic FreeMoreWest neighborhood. The property is less than 1.5 miles from downtown Charlotte with easy access to Interstates 277 and 77.

The space is very accommodating in all the most important attributes. Staff is ease to work with and very understanding of issues, front of house areas are always clean and well kept, back of house is very close to the event areas so staff does not need to walk super far for things like passed apps. The only negatives I have are the load in space and back of house space could be a bit better for large events. A dedicated catering kitchen would be awesome but I understand that doesn't work at every venue. There have been tables and or coffee shop supplies in the back of house area the last few times causing staff to have to work around these items.
