The historic American craftsman-style home was built in 1913 and underwent renovations in 2021 to revive the rich, historical feel of the estate. Located in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, the estate boasts 7,000 square feet of indoor space, in addition to a massive 5,600 square feet of private outdoor patio and plenty of private parking. Heist opened its doors in 2012, as Charlotte's only Craft Brewpub. Originally brewing on a 10HL German brewhouse, we expanded in 2017, adding 30 barrel production facility. Our original focus was on small-batch beer in the traditional Belgian and German style brews. In 2016, we found our stride, creating the original hazy IPA in North Carolina, CitraQuench'l. Since then, we have worked tirelessly to expand our portfolio, now ranging from hazy IPAs and pilsners to fruited sours and adjuncted stouts. We still make the occasional small batches, which are typically kept in house for pours at both our locations.
