We rent our property to you for the weekend, and you invite your guests to play, enjoy meals, s’mores over evening campfires…and of course your wedding ceremony and reception! The whole place is yours! It’s the ultimate summer camp experience for you and your guests. Having your own 100-acre private lakeside resort for the weekend makes a great wedding venue. It gives you and your guests a chance to spend quality time with each other, beyond the constraints of a typical 5-hour wedding reception. Our site, facilities, and setting match almost any wedding venue in the northeast, and our food and customer service is outstanding.

With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events. **Please note, Brewster only hosts weddings from June-August**

Autumn Lane Estate is a special place to us and a property that has been in the family since the area was settled. We purchased it 3 years ago and designed this venue while preparing for our own wedding! We put our heart and soul into crafting the space while using our own wedding planning experience to provide extra unique details with future couples in mind.
