Shellie and the Hotel Du Pont team are total pros. They were very accommodating throughout the process and were always willing to work with us to make our day as special as possible. The food and drinks were all terrific and the service was exceptional. We were attracted to Hotel Du Pont as a venue because of the opportunity to host a “Wedding Weekend” and not only did we get to pull that off, but Hotel Du Pont made it a better experience than we could have hoped for. Great food, beautiful ballrooms and accommodations, and a professional and friendly staff made this a home run wedding venue for us.

The Claridge Hotel was the perfect venue to celebrate my wedding! The Claridge is elegant and full of charm. The staff at the Claridge went above and beyond! Jeff did a remarkable job! He was very helpful, accommodating, and was communicative, answering every question I had promptly. He was there for me every step of the way from the tour of the Claridge to my wedding day. Lance, the banquet manager, was phenomenal! He worked tirelessly the day of my wedding, ensuring that everything was in place and ran smoothly. He was so kind in helping me envision and bring about the wedding reception of my dreams, and also kept me organized by helping me create a timeline for the day of my wedding. Curtis did a fantastic job handling guest room bookings! He stayed in communication with me until the day of my wedding, accommodating requests with ease. The bridal assistant was amazing! She constantly checked on me and my husband and brought us whatever we needed. The waitstaff and bartenders at the Claridge provided outstanding service. It made me so happy to hear from so many of our wedding guests that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended. I am forever grateful for the memorable experience, it was truly the best day of my life!

Resorts was a GREAT one stop shop for everything!! We had welcome drinks Friday evening with our guest that arrived early! Our ceremony, cocktails hour and reception was all on the same floor and easy for people to maneuver around. After party at Bar One was a total hit! Sunday morning our farewell brunch so we could say our last goodbyes to our guest was fabulous! Eva goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled well and just how you like it! Elisa is just pure joy to be around with her big smile and helpful tips and Dawn will make sure you eat and even pack you late night snacks! The food was outstanding and all the rooms for everything was decorated nicely! If I could do it again I wouldn’t think twice about it! Also the rest of the staff in the hotel is so pleasant saying hello and checking to see if you need anything else and when it comes to leaving make sure Chante packs your car because she’s incredible!

We had the most beautiful wedding day at SCC. We can’t thank the staff at Springfield enough for the amazing service, assistance with wedding planning, and excellent day of coordination! We were married on a snowy Friday in January and they were super helpful with golf cart transportation across the property to get me where I needed to go from the hotel getting ready room to the ceremony room. Scott was an outstanding maitre de the night of rehearsal and the day/night of the wedding and Nancy was wonderful and so easy to work with from initial emails to dinner tasting to countless phone calls (on my end) to the wedding day and everything in between! Bartenders and servers were extremely friend both during the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day! Beautiful martini bar add on was a HUGE hit! So happy and thrilled we chose Springfield! We would chose them all over again if we could!

Had our wedding here this past weekend and for any couples considering it, all I can say is...Do it! Terrain was absolutely the right decision and we can't imagine having done our wedding anywhere else. The staff is attentive, organized, detailed and kind. The food and beverage offerings were incredible. The team at Terrain made our vision come true and we have heard from so many guests that they had a spectacular time. The best compliment was from my father-in-law who said that the wedding seemed like it cost 2-3xs what we spent just because of how beautifully everything was put together.

The Hotel Palomar went above and beyond for our wedding weekend in the spring. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and morning after brunch as well as our room block at the hotel. The even coordinator, Erin S. and the entire team involved went above and beyond every step of the way. Five months before our wedding, I had to have major surgery and quarantine for two – three months after. I was unable to attend our food tasting but my fiancé and both sets of parents went on my behalf. Erin was not only understanding but supportive as my own family and friends were – checking in and celebrating with me after the surgery. When the tasting came, the chef sent home full-sized portions for me to try at home. This was in addition to the full-sized ones my family tried as well. The entire staff was there to answer any questions from me or our family. We had several dietary restrictions which Erin coordinated with the chef on our behalf to make sure those guests were included without having to worry. We had a memorial table as well as several things to be set out (guest book, favors, name cards, etc.). I gave all these items to the team and it was fully taken care of for me and they even knew which favors were to be for gluten free guests. Erin provided a list of pre-approved vendors they had worked with before (we didn’t have to use these) and we ended up using a lot of them. Erin coordinated with them directly as needed, photography locations for if it rained and DJ timeline. Due to the top tier efforts of the entire hotel, we were AHEAD of schedule the entire weekend which really allowed everyone to be fully present. My bridal party and I were in the suite for preparations and they continued to go above and beyond. We had a team member bring us our food and coffee order and he was so accommodating. He brought iced coffee when I mentioned that’s my preferences and we talked about our pets since I had my dog with me (as did several of our guests). Our guests were also well taken care of – from unpacking cars for their stays to helping our vendors get to their locations. I would sit here and list every name of every person that I felt were stars but honestly, it was the entire team. Everyone I encountered the whole time was a five star person. I cannot recommend this location enough for any occasion including just a regular weekend stay in Philadelphia.

It is located in the heart of the city's business district and less than one block from the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Striking features and architectural detail awaken the eye: a skylight allows for the play of natural light to our 75-foot central atrium courtyard, while an airy restaurant/bar with graceful archways and classic woodwork bring endless possibility. Our 202 rooms feature bold black and white decor with inspired red accents to enhance the hotel interior's rich millwork. The Grand Ballroom provides a stately yet original setting for any gathering, with views of Philadelphia's renowned City Hall.

I chose this venue because it was in a prime location, was historic, and I did not know anyone else that had been married here. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, and the planning process was seamless. Our wedding weekend was beautiful and everything was decorated perfectly. we absolutely loved our wedding and cannot recommend this venue enough, whether you are having a small wedding or a larger wedding.

My husband and I chose the Mendenhall Inn for our wedding ceremony/reception and we couldn't have been more happy with how our day turned out. From our initial tour until the end of our ceremony Gianna was just as invested in our day as we were. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment level to making our day perfect was amazing. She made the whole process comfortable, easy and most importantly fun! On the day of our wedding every one of the venue staff were professional, attentive and went out of their way to accommodate a last minute special request that we had. We HIGHLY recommend the Mendenhall Inn!

We have 6 luxurious guest rooms on the second floor; and on the first floor, there are various gathering places just to relax. And the fireplace is a must see! Decorate as you wish, and have the food that you love. Host your ceremony on the grounds or even at a nearby church. Take over the guest rooms for the bride’s family or the groom’s or, better yet, just you two and the members of your wedding party.

This property was beautiful, and the owners were wonderful to work with! Nestled in Chadds Ford, PA, the BnB is right next to Longwood Gardens and within 45 minutes of King of Prussia Mall (for any last-minute wedding shopping necessary, as it turns out we needed!). The wedding package we purchased included the entire BnB (6 rooms) for the bridal party, as well as the grounds to host our ceremony and/or reception (we did both!). Brad and Cindy did an amazing job of making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying our stay, and the grounds ended up being absolutely stunning for our wedding day. They also have extras available to add-on to your package, as needed (tent, outdoor patio heaters, pew seating, and a super cute shutter altar set up!). Normally, venues in the Chadds Ford/Brandywine area are super expensive, but this one was not only affordable but very worthwhile!!! Thank you, Brad and Cindy!!
