Loads of free parking and is handicapped accessible. We can accommodate Corporate Events as well as both a Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Ten Oaks Ballroom has two award winning caterers for you to choose from and are an integral part of the Ten Oaks Ballroom Rental Agreement. Linganore Winecellars is a stunning wedding venue in Mount Airy, Maryland, offering services to couples hosting their special day. Founded in 1971 by Jack and Lucille Aellen, this 230-acre farm was originally planted with six acres of vineyard space. Today the vineyard encompasses more than 70 acres and produces a variety of diverse wines. The Other Barn is ideal for hosting outdoor wedding ceremonies and indoor wedding receptions on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Other Barn prides itself on being an affordable, local venue while allowing our clients to choose all of their own vendors in order to watch their dreams become a reality on their special day. Clients are required to bring in a licensed caterer of their choice. We offer a full kitchen, a large ice machine, and ice chests. We will set up tables and chairs for you prior to your event, according to a specialized floor plan that you design with our Facility & Rental Coordinator. Table coverings, decorations, and other set-ups will be provided and put in place by the client and their vendors.

Historic Waverly Mansion is located in Marriottsville, Maryland. This 1760's era estate is a the perfect setting of an intimate garden wedding and reception! The Mansion and property is owned and operated by Howard County Government's Recreation and Parks Department and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator. Historic Waverly Mansion is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply to all scheduled events and are different from privately owned venues.
