Welcome to Bayshore Club - built on the historic site known as Dinner Key and part of Miami’s oldest neighborhood, Coconut Grove. Originally an island and later connected to the mainland in 1914, Dinner Key received its name for being a beautiful picnic stop while traveling by boat along the coastal waters of the city. In 1918 it became the site of the first continental naval air station in the United States until the end of WWI. Through the 1930’s and 40’s, Dinner Key served as a base for Pan American World Airway’s flying boats, the Sikorsky S41 and S42 (commonly known as Clipper planes). The planes were once housed in the newly restored hangers at Bayshore Club and the original Art Deco airport terminal is now the site Miami City Hall located to the southeast side of the restaurant.

The Venue Fort Lauderdale exceeded our expectations for our 11/20/2020 wedding at every level! Brett & Roby took over our event 5 weeks out & the space was breathtaking. Not going to lie, I was that bride who had a hard time explaining what I liked & I have no creative mind for design which can be difficult for organizing a huge event but.. THEY ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT! From their amazing lighting & sound system to their attention to detail & ability to collaborate with our vendors, it was flawless. Everyone loved the cocktail hour & reception food.. it was truly top notch & delicious! Drinks flowed all night & the service was impeccable! I thought after our ceremony my tears were done, but as they brought us into the ballroom for a peek during cocktail hour I was speechless. Both Roby & Brett checked on us all night to ensure we had everything we needed which made both of our families feel like royalty. Anything we might have needed, they delivered with an even more special touch! We can not thank you two enough for the best night of our lives & we can’t wait to work with you again in the future! The food for cocktail hour and the reception was absolutely amazing, the bar is huge and the bartenders are awesome! I had guest raving about the food& drinks and how attentive the staff was. The place itself is beautiful and unique. So many compliments and the photos turned out so beautiful. Get married here!!!! You will be in the best hands. We had the best night of our lives and it went so smoothly thanks to everyone at the Funky Buddha.
