Venue only rental is from 9am until 2am for the day of the event. Venue and Accommodation rental is from 9am the day of the event until 11 am the next morning.
60 days prior to the booking for a full refund. Within 60 days, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Within 30 days, the full amount is non-refundable.
Our property is located at mile marker 97 in Key Largo, Florida. From any airports in mainland southern Florida, follow signs south towards Key West. From airports in the Florida Keys, Marathon or Key West, head north on US1/Overseas Highway. We are located off the main road in Key Largo.
