The Mayes Event Center at Deerwoode Reserve will be open Spring 2024. It is currently being renovated and will have a climate-controlled banquet hall, catering kitchen, bridal suite, restrooms, and a covered open-air pavilion. Deerwoode Reserve is 175 acre nature preserve with cabin accommodations and on-site amenities. Explore the Bamboo Forest, walk over 5 miles of trails, kayak or canoe around the lake, and there's plenty of fishing options, or just relax on a hammock. The Coyote Lodge is a 4,000 cabin with a huge great room with soaring 2 story stone wood-burning fireplace. This space is great for a small ceremony up to 40 guests. The Coyote Lodge has 4 master suites with private bathrooms, and can sleep up to 18 people. Cabin accommodations include 11 cabins, ranging from studio units to 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom cabins. They can added to venue rental. Partial and whole property rentals are available. Perfect for those planning a destination wedding.
