CONNER UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT!! My husband and I gave him a few "must have" songs and explained the vibe/type of music we like- leaving him pretty much in charge of the playlist. HE NAILED IT. He played banger after banger making it impossible for myself and guests to leave the dance floor. He even included clips from some of the speeches that were given earlier in the evening. INCREDIBLE! DJ Cameron and his team gave us the celebration of our dreams. Our family and friends wouldn’t leave dance floor and that’s the exact outcome we asked for and were hoping for when we sought out Cam's services. He asked us for a list of our favorite songs and filled in the gaps when we needed some inspiration. He's a HIGHLY skilled professional and we were through the roof happy that he pulled together all of our preferences of Motown, country, Latin, and hip hop into a nonstop party where each song the dance floor was packed! The sound quality was excellent and he navigated an outdoor courtyard setting and an indoor banquet hall and the sound was full, balanced and clear in each of the venue spaces. The PhotoBooth and uplights were a fantastic touch, the props were also super fun and we captured moments we’ll cherish forever.

Sound Prodigy and DJ Pat was awesome to work. The app he had us use to add music to so he could get a feel for what we like was very easy to use. He’s clearly very experienced and knew how to get the crowd energized and keep the dance floor packed all night. Their intuitive sense of the vibe and flow of the evening was spot on, and they kept the music going seamlessly through all the key moments. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ to make our wedding celebration so memorable. We also booked a photo bus through him and I highly recommend that. Our guests had a great time taking pictures and you get both physical and digital copies and we had so much fun looking through everyone’s photos after the wedding. Highly recommend!

I used both the wedding coordination and floral services from Breezy Day and both services went above and beyond, making our wedding day perfect. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made the process so much easier. I was so stressed about the wedding planning process until I met Courtney, I wonder if we would have even had a wedding if I didn’t meet her to be honest! From the initial phone call, she explained the wedding planning process and reassured me that we could have a great wedding within our limited budget. She had a list of vendors she recommended which I picked all of my vendors from and it made the process of selecting vendors so much easier. Courtney was always able to help answer my questions throughout the whole year of planning and always responded in a timely manner. Then, on the day of the wedding, Courtney made the entire day so smooth and it went just as planned. I cannot recommend Courtney and the wedding day of coordinator services more. I don’t know what I would have done without her! The florals from Breezy Day Weddings were also incredible. They were more beautiful in person then I even expected. I chose the a la carte options from the Shoppe and the florals were so beautiful. Heather was great and very responsive when I asked questions about the process. The florals were seamlessly delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding and Courtney set the centerpieces on the table for me and placed the florals on the cake and it was so stunning. The service from both the day of coordination services and the florals were 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them enough. They were affordable, professional, efficient, friendly, reassuring, and just amazing all around. If you’re getting married, you need to hire them for your wedding! Reveal did an incredible job with my hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids and the mothers. I got many compliments on both my hair and makeup. My makeup was especially fabulous and lasted all day and night even through my tears and all the dancing. Bridal hair and makeup was 320. The other girls were 220 for hair and makeup. If you wanted just one service, it was 150. I found these prices to be very reasonable. The girls came to our VRBO the morning of and worked efficiently and were very nice.

I got married here at the beginning of June and it was the best day of my life and Forgotten Barrel definitely made it an amazing day. When I first came here to tour the place, Alyssa made me feel like a bride and not just another person looking for a venue. She was easy to work with and definitely was one of the many selling points of picking this venue for our wedding. The day itself was flawless and all our guests had a great time here. I have no words! GE Productions, specifically Peter (DJ Jimmy Grizzley) blew our wedding out of the park!!! From start to finish, he was so on top of everything! There was not one moment where our dance floor was empty. The energy was out out of control and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had and how great the music was! Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!

Khoa was our wedding photographer from getting ready until the end of the night and we had an amazing experience with him the entire time! He was very thoughtful and thorough in using all aspects of our venue to provide amazing photos capturing the whole day. He worked very efficiently with us leading up to the ceremony to get us photos while still keeping us hidden away from our arriving guests, and then, during the ceremony and reception, he was amazingly unobtrusive but still able to capture all the great moments of our night! Khoa sent us a few preliminary photos which were all so perfect for personalizing our thank you cards. Once we got the full complement of photos from him we were blown away by the quality, editing, and energy he was able to capture from our wedding day. He is immensely generous with the number of photos he provides, and we have to stress that he somehow manages to deliver on both quantity AND quality. He is also very talented in composition and there were more than several photos that we never noticed him getting - everything perfectly captured the energy and feeling of the day and felt like we were reliving it again. She works with you and your coordinator to make sure you get the shots you want. She even recommended some based on previous weddings she did at our venue. The planning process was straightforward and her rates were reasonable. On the day of the wedding she helped us get ready and reassured us that everything would be okay. She never stopped taking pictures and captured some wonderful moments throughout the night. We anxiously awaited our photos and they turned out better than we expected. The grounds offer a natural background of gardens and lush greenery, with the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces. As a bonus, they are a short drive away from stunning California beaches and can accommodate requests for off-site ceremonies, including a beach cliff wedding ceremony.

The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.

The photos taken by Erin were great. The beginning process was really easy, but somehow the communication didn't connect to the actual photographer. We had a few miscommunications, but they quickly resolved the matter. The video came back not to the satisfaction of the client, so we pushed the video back to be reviewed and reworked. The quality hands down was excellent. I would certainly recommend them and work with them again.
