“Clife and his team are complete professionals. He invested in getting to know us and establishing a relationship with us, and his service and talent is unmatched. Best DJ in the state of IOWA! He went through an entire presentation in our initial meeting and working with him was very easy. We could connect our Spotify to his app and make notes for him on each song. He created a timeline and coordinated with the photographer on the day of. We also do not live locally in Iowa and had to plan everything virtually. He took my calls and questions and put my nerves and stress at ease. He is not just a DJ, Clife DJ Company is a full on production team. He met with us to finalize everything and take notes down to details on how to pronounce everyone in the wedding party's name. The music was very important for our wedding. The dance floor was lit the entire time. Everyone loved the diverse music. It was epic and all of our friends are still raving about it. We did the up lighting and the fog and indoor fireworks for our first dance. It was magical. We also decided to book Clife's videographer, Ethan. Best decision ever! “We always ranked the music as the number one priority for our wedding, and we’re so glad we entrusted David Rothstein Band to bring our party to life. Planning a wedding during Covid had many challenges, including not being able to see the band live, but thankfully, David has so many live videos available where we can see the entertainment his band delivers day in and day out. Those videos, along with David’s passion for his work, made us confident to chose his team to make our day special. For our wedding, we had a classical duo during the ceremony, a pianist during cocktail hour, a jazz trio during dinner, and an incomparable 10 piece orchestra to dance the night away. From the first note to the final encore, we were BLOWN AWAY with the talent and energy that the band brought. We had a few special requests for the night - from a unique arrangement for our ceremony processional to a mashup of New York songs during the reception - and David’s team was beyond accommodating. We had dancing for 3 hours straight and not once did anyone leave the floor - the band was able to feel the energy in the room and chose the right song for the moment. I stumbled across the ingoing setlist after the party and was actually surprised to see that the band didn’t even stick to the songs they had picked - a sign that they adjusted based on what the crowd was loving. It’s been nearly a month since the big day and people keep telling us how amazing the music was, and we can’t stop watching the many videos David took from the night, reliving the magic that his band created. Our singers were some of the best that I’ve ever seen, putting in these incredible riffs and belts that is practically unfathomable.
