Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since. The restored 1870s townhouse on Walnut has been in the Topolgus family since Stephanie's grandfather opened his medical practice there in 1947. Stephanie's father, Dr. Jim Topolgus, practiced medicine there until moving his offices in the mid-1990s. When the building was empty, it opened up an opportunity "Topo" had been waiting for.

The 12,000 square foot area will easily seat 400 guests {300 on main level + 100 upstairs}; however, it is easy to make the space seem more quaint for smaller parties. We have a private parking lot in the back and the corner lot allows for ample street parking.
