Our ol' 10 acre charm farm dates back to before MN was a state in the abstract. It's been in Brady’s family since the summer of '69 and we plan to keep it that way for generations to come. The original family that homesteaded the property came from Czechoslovakia. They built the hand-hewn log cabin on a boulder foundation and owned it for 112 years. Brady grew up in the home since '87 which has transformed over time into the gem that we have today. We kickstarted our journey at GarageTown LLC with our wedding in August, 2021. With the open floor plan and the atmosphere of an east coast art gallery, tables and chairs can be set up for whatever needs your event might have. Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time. The venue sits on about 13 acres of beautiful Bluff County 30 mins south of Rochester on Hwy 63. Venue provides a variety of options included with the rental. Primitive camping is also available for your event.

Our historic venue is located in picturesque downtown Northfield. This former National Guard armory, built in 1915, includes indoor and outdoor spaces and can accommodate ceremonies and receptions. It features tall ceilings, natural light, barn wood trim, and wood floors.
