Wedding during a pandemic???? I wish I could put into words just how amazing this experience truly was. My husband and I were so worried about having our wedding during the pandemic to the point of almost rescheduling (no one wants to do that). HOWEVER, Bakers Ranch was an absolute dream venue. Not only was the venue absolutely beautiful, but the staff was on point!! Throughout the entire process, thanks to the staff and organization they possess, the level of stress of planning a wedding was nowhere to be found. Our wedding was beautiful and better than anything my husband or myself could've dreamed it would be. If you're looking to truly enjoy your wedding day, have every aspect and detail exactly how you see it in your head and then some, this is the venue you NEED!!! All ideas and needs were heard and attentively put into action. We are still in awe of everything that our wedding was and it will be a memory that we cherish forever, as it should be. We got married at Venue at the Grove in April and it was the best experience from beginning to end! Planning with the venue is stress free and easy from the start. They always got back to us quickly when we had questions and made wedding planning so smooth for us. We got married here at Terraview on 9/25/21 and it was the most magical day of our lives! Linda and the Stroudsmoor team did an amazing job making our dreams come true! Everything was seamless and are guests still our raving about our magical day (5 months later)! I can’t stop looking at my pictures and the beautiful scenery we had for our early fall wedding. The suite we stayed in was beautiful and was big enough for my bridal party and I to get ready in the morning of. We rented out the full Cedar House and it was a wonderful place for my husband and his groomsmen to get ready the day of and for all us to celebrate after. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the delicious food and beautiful venue we chose here at Stroudsmoor. We even had our rehearsal dinner on location in the private stone room and it was just perfect. If you’re looking for a beautiful, mountain top wedding then look no further! Wish we could relive the day again and again!

We cannot say enough good things about Donauschwaben's. We knew the minute we met Christine that this was where we wanted our wedding reception to take place. Our wedding was on December 16 and everything was decorated beautifully. The food was absolutely amazing. It was the number one thing our guests raved about. It was hot and delicious!!! Christine was the easiest to work with. Anytime we had a question she responded immediately. We were stress free knowing Christine had everything handled. The Staff was professional and kind to all of our guests and that was extremely important to us. We really can't praise Art Factory enough for the amazing wedding reception they put on for us. Donata and Sarah were endlessly helpful and super fast at responding to all of our many queries on the lead-up. We even had a lot of last-minute changes, right up to the day before the reception, and they did everything they could to accommodate those and to make things easy and stress-free for us. The day went absolutely perfectly, and we felt so looked after by the team. Dave even met us at 6:30 in the morning to bring us to our suites! Our guests can't stop talking about how amazing the venue is. The team decorated the venue even better than we imagined and we were super happy with everything. We couldn't have chosen a better venue and we had such a great time we just wish we could come back and do it all again!

I have been working with the Willowdale team for many years as a florist and the grounds and home are breathtaking. The entire house can be rented with many cozy rooms for all occasions and 4 fireplaces for those chilly evenings. This is a year round venue with gorgeous gardens on the exterior, container plants, a well kept lawn for wedding games and festive holiday decorations for the winter months. The tent and tent company provides many lighting/decor packages for the over the top bistro lighting or chandeliers. The photo opportunities are endless being that the estate sits in the Willowdale state forest offering total privacy. The staff is extremely professional and attentive to all couples and vendors. Picking Drumore Estate for our venue was the best decision! The venue itself is beautiful, and was the cheapest around. You have to use their cater but it’s worth it. All of our guest including us loved the food. When booking with Drumore, a wedding coordinator is included as well as all the linens and tableware. They have multiple options to have your ceremony and reception as well as a plan B incase of bad weather. Having Marnie (our coordinator) was great. She made planning and putting the wedding together a breeze! Even the day of the wedding when I tried to offer my help I was turned away to enjoy my day. Drumore Estate has a great reputation with a lot of outside vendors to make your wedding special. They provide a vendors list to show you who is familiar with the venue and having those vendors who have been to Drumore previously makes a huge difference in making your wedding flow smoothly. All the vendors that we picked off the list were precessional, down to earth and super nice. All I had to do was pick my vendors and bring a couple of my own decorations and they do everything else! Our wedding day was perfect and the best day of our lives!

This was such a wonderful venue. The staff was top notch. The food was delicious. I really loved the architecture and the atmosphere of this place. I definitely recommend it for anyone having a wedding or event.

Milton Ridge is a lovely historic venue. We were so impressed with all of the choices - including the ability to choose whether to hold an indoor or outdoor ceremony up to the day before. Due to rain, we held our wedding in the chapel, which is beautiful in photos. The wedding packages are generous and alleviated so much planning stress. We brought our own centerpieces, but otherwise didn’t have to worry about anything. The grooms cottage was perfect for our officiant and his family. It had plenty of entertainment options. The brides cottage was beautiful and had a lovely seating area and an area dedicated for makeup and hair. The reception hall was great. We had a fun time dancing and the food was enjoyed by all. From Day 1, Meaghan and Brandi were excited for us and supportive. We definitely appreciated them. One note: One area to consider is that Milton Ridge is on a steep hill and uneven grounds. It can be difficult for those with special needs or who are elderly to get around. They do allow a car to bring people from the chapel to the reception hall. They also have ramps. Overall, we highly recommend Milton Ridge.

Loved loved loved Chabot. Staff were amazing, particularly Alex Wolf. We did the full package so we had the ceremony in the planetarium, the cocktail hour in the second floor Spees building and the reception in Astronomy Hall. It was absolutely magical from start to finish. The ceremony was so unique and the guests got to enjoy a ten minute planetarium show while we grabbed a few moments for ourselves and snacked. Guests got to interact with the exhibits on the Spees building during cocktail hour and then had free access to the telescopes during the reception. Everything was perfect. Some things to note: you don't get access to the venue until 5:00pm which makes it a fairly late wedding. I strongly recommend paying for the extra hour at the end. I think it would be worth it as we felt like the party was a little on the shorter side. Also recommend you use Carrie Dove for catering. They were extremely professional from the start and know the venue well.

The planning process was made easy because of their experience, quick responses, virtual meetings and hard work! Primrose includes all food, beverage, decor and florals. That really simplifies things. I had complete confidentce in the plan in part because Emily provided us from the first meeting with a complete proposal bringing all of our ideas to life in photos. Our guests raved to us about the VERY delicious food, the excellent staff, the gorgeous setting and how so many details were executed perfectly. I could keep going but most importantly Shannon, Jennifer, Emily and Ines took excellent care of us from Day 1 to exit. On the day of the wedding all we had to do was enjoy. You will not find a more beautiful setting for such a good value in this area. It pays to go with this venue and consider the outside vendors they recommend. Our photographer, planners, band and officiant had all worked there before which added to the smoothness of the celebration.

The downstairs area was perfect for our reception and it was absolutely beautiful with their gorgeous farmhouse tables. The outdoor ceremony set up made for a beautiful backdrop as we said our vows. My husband and I have always been a big fan of wineries and doing wine tasting date nights. This place was beautiful and one of the more service inclusive and budget friendly options we found. They also allowed us to buy our own alcohol and bring it which was a great money saver. They provided our food, bartender, some decor (mostly draping), chairs tables glassware dishes and linens, a bridal suite and venue day of coordinator to help with set up of chairs and venue owned items. Mattie and Katy were the event coordinators and were both super informative and helpful when I would call on a random week day with questions. I think we got a great deal compared to other places and we are happy with how everything turned out. There was one odd little thing with our meals. We had a plated dinner that worked out to about 50.00 per person. When we had some people cancel after final numbers I wanted to see if we would be able to take the food we paid for to go so that we could enjoy it as dinner the next day at our airbnb since we paid for it. While I was told its not something they usually do they did make an exception and box it up for us. I just really hated the idea of 200 worth of food going to waste so we took two meals and we gave my parents the other two who said they were delicious. From our tasting to the night of the dinner the food didn’t taste 100% the same but I saw they got a new chef and think that might have been what the difference as. It was still very good. They did amazing with our request to box up the left over cake for guests to take as favors. The surrounding areas are not very cute but they do their best to cover all of the construction like equipment around them.

The air conditioning kept us all comfortable on this beautiful property. The gazebo, the bride house, the decks and patio were all used for a variety of different picture backdrops. The sunset pictures were amazing! We could not have been more pleased with the choice to have the wedding at Casani!

I sent an inquiry to Liberty House requesting a tour of the venue and from the moment they responded they were kind, flexible, friendly, accommodating easy to work with . We met with Danielle and ended up booking with her the same day without touring any other venue ! This place stole our hearts from the moment we walked in and when we shared our story with Danielle, she showed so much compassion love and support towards us . Through the entire process Danielle would always answer any question and was always willing to accommodate our needs especially save us any trip since we lived 1.5 hours away with busy work schedules, which we appreciated so much ! She was so easy going . We knew that if we had any issue at all we could go to her to help us feel at ease . The day of our rehearsal , she again was so accommodating, patient friendly towards the whole wedding party . She went through our rehearsal in a timely and organized manner and made sure we could then go enjoy our dinner with enough time to rest for the big day ! On the day of wedding , everything we discussed she took care of night before and allowed us to drop off night before . She was always available for whatever we needed and she always responded ! When we got to venue for our ceremony she made sure to tell us what was happening, timeline etc . There was also an error with our food selection that was supposed to be taken off and she made sure to tell us they forgot but it was still being served no charge ( WOW). The food was absolutely amazing. All of my guests made sure to tell me and still tell me . The views were stunning ! The staff was great, I also had a wedding attendant assigned who helped me the entire night and was absolutely wonderful, Gabby . She never left my side . We had the absolute best wedding we never imagined possible. We are still on cloud 9 processing our beautiful day . Thank you so much for making our dream come true.

I am not even sure where to begin with Granite Rose. Disclaimer, me and my (now) husband live in FL but our families live up north so we were looking at venues up north that would be as accommodating as possible given the long distance. We had an initial facetime "tour" and booked GR sight unseen because we loved what we saw (virtually.) The entire sales team/coordinators was phenomenal to work with from day one. They answered all of our questions, were able to make adjustments accordingly when requested, and were very responsive. The fact that they are an "all inclusive" venue made wedding planning 100x easier! We did not have to outsource any vendors except hair/makeup and our photographer. Flash forward to our big day on 10/12/23-we had Victoria as our day of coordinator. She has always been a love since we have had a few meetings with her prior. She checked in on us often, was very organized and respectful, and is a ray of sunshine. Janet was our banquet captain and was also great. She made sure my husband and I didn't lift a finger and allowed for nothing to go wrong all night. Her team Holly, Julia, Ashley, and Abby were all great too! Kudos to chefs Jim and Joe for our amazing food also. Our day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We did the "elite" package with a few subtractions and it was worth every penny. I would recommend Granite Rose to ANYONE who is looking to get married in New England. 10/10!! :)

We attended a wedding at this venue that we had no idea existed when we booked our Daughter's wedding venue. What an amazing hidden gem! They have a fantastic outdoor wedding site under trees with a water view. The barn inside was extremely beautiful and comfortable. And what can I say about the inside bar! I just loved that room. Cross Creek Ranch was quick to pivot and move everything indoors to keep all our guests dry and warm. We were still able to use all of our ceremony decorations indoors, and if anything, that made the day feel that much more special and intimate. From the moment we booked, we were given so much information, and every little detail was coordinated. We chose to have our food catered by Vesh Catering (everything was so delicious) and our cake was baked and decorated by Alessi Bakery (so beautiful). Cross Creek Ranch coordinated the food, cake, flowers, DJ, bartenders, and venue decorations. They are very communicative and schedule regular check-ins throughout the planning process. If we had to do it all over again, we would 100% choose Cross Creek Ranch.

My husband and I grew up in the area and knew we wanted to have our September 2021 wedding close to home. We were looking for a place that had a rustic feel but could also be elevated to a more upscale look and this place DELIVERED!! The barn, B&B, and surrounding area made for a picture-perfect day and the venue team was flexible and accommodating in making our vision a reality. The venue was still fairly new when we had our wedding, but it didn't stop the team from helping us through every step and doing everything in their power to deliver our dream wedding down to the last detail. There are so many different spots on the property to utilize in bringing your vision to life and creating the perfect wedding photos and/or video. The B&B was the perfect spot to host the bridal party for the weekend, get ready for the big day, and host a pre-wedding brunch! The main barn was perfect for the reception and the smaller party room is perfect for smaller events and for the groomsmen to get ready in on the big day! We got so many compliments from guests and vendors alike on the venue, picturesque scenery, etc. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and The Barns at Edgemont Inn is on the top of our list for all future events! We even re-booked the venue for my sister's baby shower and held the perfect celebration for her and her husband in the smaller barn. It was the perfect size for the intimate shower we were hosting and provided a beautiful backdrop for the decor and, of course, photos! The venue team was so helpful in ensuring we had enough time to decorate and all the supplies we needed (tables, chairs, refrigerators,...) to host the event. We can't stress enough how much we love hosting events here, not only because of how beautiful the property and buildings are, but because of how helpful and supportive the Edgemont team is. They take your event just as seriously as you do and do everything they can to make sure it is nothing short of what you envisioned!

I cannot say enough good things about the Abernethy Center. I live in California and my daughter (the bride) and her fiance lived in Indiana and they were getting married in Oregon City! The only way this was going to work was through solid communication. The Abernethy Center catered to the situation with ease. They were so professional and helpful with every single arrangement. They allowed for a stand in (her brother) to do the food tasting. They allowed us to come and check out the site whenever we were in town and ask as many questions as we wanted. Their email correspondence was spot on! And the end result was nothing but absolutely lovely! The facility was beautiful and every detail just came into place. I highly recommend the Abernethy Center to anyone that asks.

I have one word to describe Margaret, Tom, & staff: phenomenal. From the very first day that we met Margaret, we felt so welcomed and at home. She was an incredible planner (I didn’t have to do anything, which was great), a great communicator (emails answered within a day, even on nights or weekends), and insanely flexible. The grounds, decorations, and setup was gorgeous. We let Margaret have pretty much full reign over everything, and she somehow nailed everything and knew exactly what we were looking for. We also invited our two dogs to be in the wedding. We asked if she had a staff member who could release them during their moment (which she 100% did not have to do). Her husband, Tom, was ready and willing. He worked with our dogs beforehand to make sure they were comfortable with him, listened to our tips for them, and chased one of our dogs around who just did not want to walk up the aisle. He never left them alone and made sure that they made it up to us (which, again, did not have to do). The staff was incredibly attentive; from the moment we arrived, they greeted us and asked what they could help us with. They set everything up where we asked, and tore everything down at the end of the night. We hardly had to lift a finger. If I could, I would have a complete redo of the day just to work with the lovely staff at Bloom & Bower. Everyone involved made our day so special, and we absolutely cannot thank them enough.

Our wedding was beautiful and turned out exactly how we imagined. We are so happy that we decided to have an intimate wedding. It allowed us to share the day with the friends and family we are closest to. We booked the intimate wedding package that included the estate and the retreat. Both locations are gorgeous and the retreat makes you feel like you’re secluded away in a Redwood wonderland. All of our guests were amazed at how everything turned out and thought we picked the perfect location for us. We loved being able to make a weekend out of our wedding instead of just one day. We are so happy with our choice! Tiffani was such a huge help. She is very creative and was so helpful when it came to making our ideas come to reality. She asked us about certain items along the way and even make a table mock up for us to look at. She helped guide us and provided support when it became stressful. She would always email, text, or call us when we had any questions. She understood our vision and executed it beyond our imagination. Her caring nature really helped us feel comfortable with decision making and we both appreciated her going the extra mile to find things she thought we would like. She even painted vases that she had to go with our colors and made flower arrangements as well. She already has certain décor items that couples can use which is a huge plus. Tiffani reminded us that having an intimate wedding was different than your typical wedding factory ceremony which was a huge plus for us. This allowed us more freedom to do things that meant something to us instead of what is “typically done”. We also had Tiffani be our officiant and she did a great job. She sent us a questionnaire and got to know us through the planning process which allowed her to write a ceremony that actually fit us and encouraged us to give her feedback. The location is breathtaking and all of our guests were amazed at how we found this gem. The retreat is surround by redwoods and is a peaceful place to be. We stayed an extra day at the Secret Redwood Retreat and never wanted to leave. It was so peaceful up in the redwoods and the house itself is so comfy and stylish. Tiffani has decorated the house with original boho pieces and quality furniture that she has fixed up. Our guests loved the deck in the back where we ate dinner and cut the cake. The custom live edge redwood tables looked so gorgeous with the terracotta décor. I could go on an on about this magical place…it’s really that great!!! If you’re looking for a unique experience, locations surrounded by nature, and someone to guide you along the way, then look no further!

In the Spring of 2016, our family came together to build this venue in the hopes that we could provide a peaceful place for the most joyful celebrations. Full access to a storage room packed with decor for your use is included with all rental packages. The Cottage offers multiples rooms and a mirrored salon. With wedding day nerves, I was a mess trying to stay stress free and calm. Emma, being the perfect right hand gal for the day, took care of literally every detail. I did not have to worry about reaching out to vendors, or scheduling times for them to arrive. Emma did it all and with the sweetest charisma that made everyone feel taken care of. Even with a little family drama that can take place on your special day, Emma made sure that my husband and I were first priority and that what we wanted took precedence. I enjoyed every moment working with her from day one of planning to ending the night with sparklers. For better understanding of who you are working with when you choose Emma as your big day stress reliever, she is like a friend you can’t wait to see rather than a stranger on the sidelines. She is prompt and puts her entire self into making sure your day is the best one yet. We absolutely adored her! And to top it all off, the venue was a literal DREAM! It was magical.

Our experience so far with Waterloo Village and their staff has been amazing. From the moment we walked onto the property at Waterloo, we knew it was going to be our wedding venue! Between the beautiful farm, the adorable animals (love the alpacas), the gorgeous canal and historic homes, and the venue itself, we made our venue decision very quick! We got to see all of the ceremony spots which were all beautiful in their own unique way, but since our wedding is in summer we fell in love with their Secret Garden location. It is tucked away in the trees and just gives very magical vibes. So we are super excited! Once we picked Waterloo as our venue, it only got better from there. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. We brought our families to the open house and both sets of parents could not believe how incredible the food was! JAM catering does an amazing job of make fresh food that is sustainable and mostly grown by them (AMAZING)! At our tasting, it was incredible how organized and friendly all of the staff were. We cannot wait for our wedding at Waterloo Village!

I just have to say…my husband and I were very blessed to have the most magical wedding and it was mainly because of Marlys and Kurt, owners of Adler Ranch. I have seen so many reviews of “I wish our wedding venue would have told us (fill in the blank here)before we booked” there was none of that with Adler Ranch. They were very up front with what we could and couldn’t expect. Honestly Marlys goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best day. Now let’s talk about the venue. We seriously still have guests saying that was the most memorable wedding they have ever been too because the venue is so unique and one of a kind! I was so worried about not having a Photo Booth at my wedding and even my wedding planner told me “seriously I know it’s my job to upsell you on this but you don’t need it with all the natural backdrops at Adler Ranch” I seriously miss my wedding planning because it was so fun to work with Marlys and Adler Ranch. On the way to the venue, it was 1.5 hours from our house, I told my then finance, now husband, that it was a waste of time touring Red Oak because I didn’t think our guests would travel far to be with us on our wedding day. But boy was I wrong. As soon as I got to Red Oak my mind immediately changed. I knew it was the place I wanted to marry the love of my life. Nancy, the owner, was the one that gave the tour. She had just gotten done cutting the grass and was as humble as a person can get about her business and the services they offer. I mean, have you seen many owners cutting the grass of their own business? 100 acres at that? I hadn’t. From start to finish, wedding planning was an absolute breeze. Dana, made payments, contract, meetings and anything in between a pleasure instead of a headache. Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure planning went accordingly. Christina, was my day of coordinator and she met with me multiple times and answered any and all questions of mine without an ounce of annoyance (I wasn’t a bridezilla but my anxiety was through the roof because of the person I am lol). She made me feel at ease when we met and talked. She was honestly amazing at everything leading up to the wedding and the day of. She was running around the day of making sure we had the perfect day. And we did. If you’re looking for easy planning, amazing Coordinators and an affordable wedding venue, book with Red Oak Valley. I promise you won’t regret it. Barton house is a relaxed but safe and gorgeous venue. It's one of the few places we found where we could bring in our preferred vendors. Ghe price was also great. Their event manager is so helpful through the whole process and stays with you all day to help insure you aren't missing anything major and your event goes off well. I chose not to use a coordinator but between Barton House staff, my MOH, and my set up vendor it was a breeze. They are strict on their curfews but it's not an unreasonable time. The setting their venue provides made our day magical!

Just had my wedding here this past weekend. From the start of LAST year, Althea has been so easy to communicate with no matter how many times I emailed. I hired a day of coordinator to help with timeline, decor, etc and when I say she fell through, she fell through. She was over 2 hours late the day of, my bridemaids and Althea ended up stepping in and setting up all my decor. Althea was honestly the best part of the experience because she did everything she could to keep me stress free. After the ceremony she brought my husband and I a plate of the cocktail appetizers to make sure we ate. She prepared our plates as the tables were being called. She was just a gem. The weather wasn’t the BEST and our rented heater was broken, but i didn’t care. The lake was the selling point, but Althea really made the venue worth it.

If you are looking for a venue that has everything, you can stop looking and book here. Kristin and Dan made this whole process incredibly smooth. From touring the venue to talking through logistics to pulling off the best wedding day, it was everything we could have ever wanted. The venue is beautiful with the choice of two different ceremony locations - we were able to use The Grove location and it was perfect for our November date. The barn space for the cocktail hour and reception was very comfortable and accommodated our guests perfectly. I was able to set up the barn exactly how I wanted the day before and the Pine Ridge Farm team helped with whatever was needed. We also used Kristin as the day of coordinator which made everything better - she communicated with all of the vendors the week of and providing the day of timeline so everyone could be on the same page. Everything was seamless from my point of view, and the small things that did happened, the Pine Ridge Farm team took care of it before anyone knew. Our wedding day was a dream come true! A true garden paradise and we were so reluctant to have found Stonehurst. The venue have so many beautiful spaces to work with. We didn’t a venue that is just a blank canvas and loved that the Stonehurst have so many lush gardens filled with unique plants and flowers which made it so much easier when it came to our decor! Nancy and her staff were very helpful and made sure our day was perfect. She was always there to answer our million questions! This venue is really a hidden gem.

Paradise Cove was the only venue we truly looked at, and knew right away it's where we wanted to have our wedding. We worked with a few different coordinators leading up to and on the big day (Cathleen, Olivia, Kayli, and Ashley) and they were all wonderful, and cannot recommend them enough. We had some uncommon requests, and they were very easy to work with, and even found us a tortoise to wander our cocktail hour! All setup was handled by them making things so easy, and cleanup was made very easy for us. Everything looked beautiful, and we had the most perfect day. They can work within your budget and their packages, and modify things very easily. Especially on the day of, Kayli and Ashley made sure everything went smoothly and if there were any hiccups, we had no idea. We would recommend Paradise Cove to anyone!

Everything was so great with Saphire Estate from start to finish. A big draw to Saphire for us was their ability to create a fully vegan reception. We worked closely with Allison to help create a unique menu that even all our non-vegan guests enjoyed. Everything ran so smoothly from our ceremony to reception and we didn't have to worry about a thing that day. The Gardens are so beautiful! It was the perfect setting for a wonderful day! There were so many unique and special places for our guests to spend their time: playing lawn games, gathering under the hand-carved structures, walking through the forest by the grape vines. We had our wedding at the Barn in October of ‘23. It was absolutely beautiful, such gorgeous scenery/landscaping with a beautiful outdoor space for the ceremony and the barn is perfect for the reception. There is also a groom and bridal suite on location which are quaint and so nice to have for getting ready day of. Cindy was great to work with, very responsive to my many messages and answered all my questions. They do cap their guest count due to the space of the barn, so be mindful if you’re having a larger wedding. Overall we had a great experience and loved having our wedding here!

An enchanting venue! Just what we were looking for to host our daughter’s Quinceañera this May. Bel Air is as gorgeous in person as it looks in the pictures. Fitting our theme (enchanted forest), Bel Air has a very well-kept garden, a gorgeous path of aged trees, and of course the spacious rustic barn to compliment every aspect of our “Enchanted Quince” event. The space is gorgeous with minimal decor, or a blank canvas for creativity. Perfect to begin and end the day in one place, from hair and makeup to end of reception, and with all the magical moments in between. We used every spot of the venue and worked with Maria to get the lights to change colors during the event as we progressed through different segments and performances of the night. She was great to work with before and during the event. We are very thankful for her receptivity to our questions and ideas as we put together a very busy event. Our guests loved the beauty of the venue and vendors who were new to Bel Air were stunned by such a gorgeous place in such a convenient location. My recommendation is: book early!

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees. Some include catering, tables and chairs, and linens, while others offer just the raw space.
