“When working with Laura and Levon, I received absolute professionalism. They honestly made me feel like I was their top client. The first call I made to Laura, she was so warm and inviting. They were so responsive and very well informing with every question I asked (I asked ALOT). She was clear and concise when she ran through the cost of everything. When I wanted to make additions later on, she was so amazing with meeting my needs and informed me of the cost after the initial quote. Laura was so wonderful when it came to my music selection as well. She provided me with a list of songs and had no issues when I asked for songs outside of their selected list. I was absolutely blown out of the park with how they handled one of my specific requests. I requested our exit song to be dance forever by Chris Brown. To get the full vibe of the song and to make sure my needs were met, she went out of her way to contact our DJ and asked him to play a track with their cello & violin so it would come out beautifully, and it did! I am still receiving complements from our guests about the joyous music from our wedding ceremony. I was told that there were lots of happy tears in the room once the music started. He announced everything well, communicated with our wedding coordinator and the other vendors, played our requested song list, and consistently checked in on my (new!) husband and I throughout the evening to see if there was anything that he could help us with. On our song list, we noted that we didn't want any country music played (unless it was a specifically requested song), and when one of our guests asked him to play 'Cotton Eye Joe', Terrell even came up to me and asked me if it was okay because he wasn't sure if I considered that country music!
