Over the years it had been home to several businesses, the last was Alvin hardware. So Now as new business owners, Doretha & Stephanie hope The Venue on Sealy will continue to serve the community just as the businesses in the past did. The Venue will offer small town charm with many decore options and in-house services that will allow us to create a memorable experience for our clients. River Rendezview is a wedding venue nestled along the San Bernard River 60 miles south of Houston near Brazoria, Texas. Options abound to help make your day memorable including an 1800’s style Paddle Boat, River Grace Chapel, a 400-year-old oak tree, Party Barn and screened Patio/Deck overlooking the river.
