Mountainville Manor ensures that your wedding day is a merging of natural beauty and award winning, world class cuisine. There is also an inside ceremony option, in our ballroom. Cocktail hour is enjoyed in the “home” part of the Manor with access to the wrap around porch and courtyard area with fire pit. The Manor provides two areas for a spectacular reception - an elegant setting with windows on several sides of the main ballroom to accommodate up to 150 guests or a tented reception on our lush landscaped grounds accommodating up to 250 guests. Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Throughout time the house was purchased to the Kean family where they resided until the last resident passed away in 1995. Our 23 acres grounds are full of beautiful gardens. You may chose to get married in our gardens which can be found throughout the whole property. Guests will love exploring and walking around the grounds during some off periods of the event. A first floor house tour is also an option so you and your guests get to see the beauty of Liberty Hall Museum.

This restored metal works factory, located at 26 Bridge St. was built in 1912 and boasts some of the most magnificent original craftsmanship in our portfolio. The beautiful shell, once a foundry still contributes to the architectural character of the DUMBO Historic District. The Picnic House in Prospect Park is a charming and historic building in the heart of Brooklyn's premier park. With scenic views of the 90-acre Long Meadow, outdoor spaces for ceremonies and cocktails, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and a working wood fireplace, it provides a bucolic setting for your perfect day. The Picnic House can be tailored for every taste and budget, and is a blank canvas to create the ideal wedding no matter what the season. The Picnic House comfortably seats 175 guests for dinner and dancing or 240 for a cocktail-style event.

The initial Livingston, New Jersey-based residence was built in the late 1800s by famed architect Stanford White, who was responsible for designing the Tiffany building on Fifth Avenue, the original Madison Square Garden complex among other landmark structures. Your ceremony takes place at the Pergola on the Great Lawn, with your cocktail hour there— or on either the Lower Lawn or the Kate French Terrace adjacent to historic Wave Hill House. Dinner is held in Armor Hall. Capacity there is capped at 130 guests, including a small band and dance floor in the Hall. If you choose to locate the dance floor nearby in the adjacent Mark Twain Room, then capacity increases to a limit of 180 guests. Weddings at Wave Hill take place only in the evening, with guests arriving after the gardens have closed to the general public. Only one evening event is booked per date to ensure your event is private and exclusive. Birchwood Manor has a total of 10 event spaces available. Guests will immediately be greeted by a dramatic spiral staircase in the venue’s lobby. The Jefferson Ballroom is perfect for your reception. Hosting up to 300 guests, it offers an elegant setting for an extravagant affair. The room features one-of-a-kind, hand-painted frescos, a beveled mirror wall, tall bay windows and 11-foot ceilings. The Grand Ballroom is the largest room available. Accommodating up to 800 guests, the space is breathtaking with its four magnificent crystal chandeliers and large dance floor. Outside the venue, couples can take advantage of the picturesque grounds for their ceremony, including a gazebo, fountains and enchanting gardens.
