Goodtree Farmstead is an elegant and rustic Minnesota farm event and wedding venue in Northfield, just a short drive from the Twin Cities. Located in rural Northfield, we are a few minutes outside of the quaint downtown area, but also a 15 minute drive from Lakeville or 40 minute drive from downtown Minneapolis or Saint Paul. We are a 14 acre former dairy farm nestled in a wooded area surrounded by green farmland and our very own pond and wandering creek. Our red barn--built in 1897 with soaring ceilings and stunning pegged beams, and the other farm out-buildings have all the charm you need to make your farm wedding or special event dreams come true.

Enjoy the scenic 6-mile drive from SW Rochester on paved roads to a magical place nestled in the rolling hillsides of southeast Minnesota. We’ve owned and operated our family perennial farm with sprawling gardens which has hosted hundreds of weddings for over 25 years. Our new wedding & events facility is a heated & cooled vintage, European-style carriage house to match our existing civil war era (1858!) brick house. The Carriage House can accommodate 150 guests in the warm months and 100 in the winter. The space flows into the gardens and expansive patio area for additional seating. Now booking for year-round events! We do still have room for a 2024 wedding! Now booking 2025.

This amazing adventure began in 2016, since then we've hosted over 130 couples and their families and friends. Getting to know them is one of my favorite things. We aim to keep it not only affordable but stress free. Our philosophy is that you should be able to choose your vendors. We have some amazing suggestions but we welcome you to bring in your own licensed caterer and more.

We have a very unique venue. It's an actual studio apartment that has been converted into a venue for intimate and small gatherings. We host a variety of events like micro weddings, showers, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, dinners, networking events, fashion shows, photoshoots, and experiences. Nestled within the picturesque Hyland Lake Park Reserve in Bloomington, Minnesota, this beautiful chalet boasts spectacular views of its scenic surroundings. Its two stunning event spaces feature soaring ceilings, an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and a simple yet elegant design, which allows for endless setup and decorating possibilities. Able to accommodate up to 320 guests, the Hyland Hills Chalet is the perfect place to invite all your loved ones to spend an evening celebrating your special day. In addition to its impressive indoor venues, the chalet also offers a gorgeous hilltop site for outdoor ceremonies. The Phelps, or “Turtle”, Fountain is the centerpiece of the Lyndale Park Annual-Perennial Garden. It was moved here from its former downtown site in Minneapolis’ Gateway Park. The combination of fountain and flowers, contained by an undulating hedge, makes this a popular spot for garden enthusiasts, wedding ceremonies and photographs. The Peace Garden features hardy alpine plants and dwarf conifers and begins blooming in mid-April. The Annual/Perennial peaks in mid-June and the Rose Garden typically begins blooming in mid-June and lasts until early October. Butterflies and hummingbirds can be seen throughout the summer. The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is better than ever! This crown jewel of the city’s park system unites two of Minnesota’s most cherished resources—its parks and its cultural life. Since opening in 1988, the Garden has welcomed millions of visitors, showcasing more than 40 works from the Walker Art Center’s collections, including the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry.

The Hollywood Theater is an iconic Art Deco landmark in Northeast Minneapolis. When it opened in 1936, the theater was described as “the incomparable showcase of the Northwest’’. After years of decline, the theater closed in 1987 and was purchased by the city of Minneapolis. Twenty-five years of inaction and neglect followed until 2014 when the National Park Service recognized the building’s historical significance and listed it on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2015 the theater was sold to Northeast-resident and entrepreneur Andrew Volna, who saved the building and restored its original Art Deco splendor. Today it is ready to host your event.

Known as the highest point in Minneapolis, Norwegian Hill at Deming Heights is a beautiful location with a splendid view of the city. The park was originally named Douglas Triangle for the street on which it is located. The name was officially changed to Mt. Curve Triangles (plural), on November 4, 1925, when the previous Mt. Curve Triangle was renamed Fremont Triangle. The park was officially named in honor of Thomas Lowry in 1984. Lowry is best known for developing the street railway system in Minneapolis. The Lowry Hill neighborhood, in which the park is located, was named because he owned most of the land and built his imposing mansion on the hill.

Royal Foundry Craft Spirits is a newer distillery infusing the Minneapolis craft cocktail scene with a British flavor. We are producing fine spirits made in the classic British tradition using grains, botanicals, and classic recipes. Craft is King and we're Royal Foundry! We are a British-inspired distillery and cocktail room in the Harrison Neighborhood of Minneapolis. We are open four days a week, can host events, have plenty of games, a patio, and a Cycle Speedway track.
