About this venue
Lyndale Park Gardens encompass the Peace Garden, Rose Garden, Annual & Perennial Garden, and a Butterfly and Hummingbird Garden. The Peace Garden features hardy alpine plants and dwarf conifers and begins blooming in mid-April. The Annual/Perennial peaks in mid-June and the Rose Garden typically begins blooming in mid-June and lasts until early October. Butterflies and hummingbirds can be seen throughout the summer.

The Peace Garden features the earliest outdoor blooms in Minneapolis. Lyndale Park Peace Garden is located between the north side of Lake Harriet and Lakewood Cemetery and next to the Roberts Bird Sanctuary. It provides a peaceful sanctuary for a perfect wedding!
