The Village Ballroom was established in 1909. If the handcrafted hardwood floors could talk, we would fill a library with stories from the gatherings and celebrations that have been shared within. The enchanting ballroom sits on the second story of the turn-of the-century building, and many of its historic features remain today, such as ornate radiators and milk glass light fixtures. Adjacent to the ballroom is a comfortable sitting lounge, as well as a bar/beverage service room. Every rental package includes use of our our tables and chairs, as well as our in-house sound system. With a 250-standing capacity and 130-sitting capacity, it can accommodate both intimate and large gatherings. The Village Ballroom welcomes all expressions of love and celebration, and will treat every client with respect and professionalism, offering clear communication and transparent policies from the initial inquiry process through event execution.

Centrally located in the heart of North Portland, The Baker Building is available to host your wedding, reception and ceremony. This historic building has been thoughtfully updated, keeping many of the original details while adding a modern touch. The building features a second floor ballroom with exposed rafters and hanging café lights, elegant hardwood flooring, and tons of natural light. A large kitchen and serving room is conveniently located just next to the ballroom as well as two private suites for guests. *All tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, surround sound PA system, wireless microphones and overhead projector. *We offer an open vendor policy which means that you may bring in outside caterers and alcohol for no additional fee.

While we lean into the greenhouse vibes, with a collection of over 100 houseplants, this intimate venue is a blank canvas that can accommodate groups from 20 to 200. Hire your dream team of vendors or ask us for our personalized recommendations! Need a little more space? We can help you obtain the permits necessary to utilize the sidewalk, right outside our doors, for cocktail hour overflow. This will allow much more flexibility for ceremony to reception "flips" with a higher guest count, and is also a great option for food trucks.

Opal 28 is an intimate space, an extension of your living room with a vintage & elegant ambiance. The 2,600 square foot space includes two great rooms, a built-in bar, private outdoor patio and bridal suite accommodations above the venue. The building was originally built in 1908 is conveniently located in inner NE Portland.

Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

Located in the heart of Portland's trendy Pearl District, Everett West is a modern-industrial event space that can be transformed into anything imaginable. The space features poured concrete floors, reclaimed wood accents, gorgeous chandeliers and 18' ceilings with skylights. We also have secluded private patio perfect for ceremonies and cocktail hour.

Holocene is a unique venue for weddings and receptions — a soaring, modern space with a clean, contemporary mood, endless flexibility, a full-range of amenities, and a dedicated staff. The lofty white spaces, big windows, warm wood, and cozy lighting provide a great backdrop — the space looks wonderful with just a few brought flowers, or can harmonize with a more elaborate scheme. The distinct areas of the space let Holocene work perfectly as a combination ceremony and reception venue, in any season. We have a stable of excellent caterers, floral designers, rental companies, DJs, and musicians to recommend, or, you’re very welcome to bring your own. We have a big stage (and amazing sound system), a DJ booth (and gear, and moving lights and video and haze), a photobooth, dressing rooms, a kitchen and gorgeous full bar (with slushies cocktails, great draft beers…) — all included in the rental. Elevate your event at the restored classic The Melody Event Center located in Central Eastside Portland. Built in 1925 and renovated in 2018 The Melody Event Center offers five distinct event spaces, accommodating up to 1,000 guests and offers flexible floor plans for every occasion. The elegant Melody Ballroom is nearly 6,000 square feet, welcoming up to 400 seated guest or up to 800 standing. The Melody Ballroom stands as our crown jewel with 30 foot high ceiling trimmed in gold, crystal chandeliers and a beautiful hardwood floor. City Bridge & Tunnel is a hip industrial Cocktail bar serving craft cocktails and tasty small plates in a spacious downtown location. CB&T achieves four critical criteria for an ideal wedding after-party: 1)Nearby. Located downtown at SW 12th and Morrison St. mere blocks from the hotels your guests are staying at or the location of the reception. 2)Open late, later than the hotel bar or the hotel lobby/hallway guests tend to gather in after the reception. We’ll be able to accommodate guests until 2:30AM. 3)Unassuming. Guests who have been in heels, dresses, ties, and make-up to look perfect all day want to let their hair down. City Bridge & Tunnel has no dress code, no line to get in, and no Instagram competition. We’re a clean industrial bar with a fun crew and plenty of space for wedding guests to dance, let down their hair, and be as loud as they want. 4)Fun. We offer a complimentary bottle of champagne to the bride and groom and we will provide a live DJ until 1AM.

The Sanctuary Hall is a stunning, historical landmark in the heart of Portland's Arts District. Step back into time as you bask in the warm glow of 30' hand-made Povey Brothers stained glass installations and run your fingertips along the hand-carved 130 year old Douglas-Fir pews. The Hall's rounded and layered design allows for every wedding to feel like an intimate affair, be it seven people or 700. Beneath the Sanctuary Hall are many more multi-use rooms, including a banquet hall, commercial kitchen, chapel library, multiple dressing rooms. The venue is equipped with modern sound, lighting, and video capturing and streaming equipment. We have a fully functional pipe organ, one of the largest in Oregon, and a 7' Steinway Grand piano at your disposal. As an all-inclusive venue, we include staffing, setup, use of rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc), clean-up, and an event specialist team to assist you with every package!

University Place Hotel and Conference Center has event facilities for groups as small as 5 and as large as 280. Our 8,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space includes 10 meeting rooms and a recently renovated 3,792-square-foot ballroom. Many of our event spaces feature large windows and wonderful views, a plus for any event.

Guests at Ironlight transition between indoor and outdoor spaces through sliding glass doors opening onto two separate rooftop terraces. An enclosed glass lobby welcomes guests into the building. Ironlight accommodates guests indoors with the ability to create custom intimate gathering areas within the space. Parking is conveniently located onsite under the building in addition to an area for ridesharing drop-off/pick-up or valet.

The Bing Room’ is named after the Bing cherry. We have a mural depicting the history of the Lewelling family that brought the cherry to Oregon. Easy access to I-5 and 217. Catering Kitchen for your catering company or choose from one of our favorites.

The Oregon Oddfellows Lodge #3 was one of two buildings to originally receive electric power in Oregon City. Built in 1922, the Lodge was home to the Oddfellows and Friedrich’s Hardware Store until the 1970’s. The completely renovated Arc Light features beautiful wainscotting and unique lighting throughout. Designed for beauty and function, the spaces include a ballroom, cocktail lounge, grand hall, two fully furnished lounges, and two gorgeous bathrooms.

With a regal red brick façade, the Chehalem Cultural Center is a fantastic choice for your dream wedding. Conveniently located in the heart of Newberg, the Center is steps away from fine restaurants, wineries, lodging and the historical downtown area. Housed in a newly renovated 1930's brick schoolhouse, the Chehalem Cultural Center offers an historic authenticity that is rare among today’s modern venues.
