We had a relatively short engagement (about 8 months) and shopped for venues for a good while before deciding on Sunset Oaks. They try are the best for your money, so hands on and they are so transparent about their pricing and what they offer! Their decor closet is extensive! They had so much you can borrow for your big day for free and it was all actually cute/current things. The venue itself is beautiful not too rustic or modern a perfect canvas to hold your wedding day! We loved working with Coby she was so proactive and helpful and the big day went off perfectly.

The staff at Aristide made our wedding planning so easy! Through this venue we were able to book packages that included vendors for our bakery, dj, stationary needs (invitations and signs), flowers, and even a luxury car exit! Each vendor reached out personally to us and helped make our visions come to life. Sydnee took care of us as our event coordinator and was so accommodating the entire time. She helped with all of our questions and was always quick with responding to our emails or text messages. Our day of coordinator, Kiana helped make the day run so smoothly which we really appreciated. As I was getting ready, I didn’t have to worry about any of the vendors, decorations, or timing because of how well organized she was and it brought so much relief on a day that is usually hectic. Lastly, but certainly not least, our DJ Aiden was really the star of the show for us and our guests! We got paired up with Aiden through the venue because of his vibe and he provided such a great energy! We got to have a meeting with him about specific songs we wanted and cues and he nailed everything we were looking for from my entrance into the ceremony to the very last song with our guests. He got everyone on the dance floor, it was never empty the entire night. We can’t thank this amazing staff enough!!

Hera's Haven is such a beautiful venue with a wonderful staff and gorgeous spaces to hold your events. As a wedding planner, I can tell you that the wedding day is always stressful. When this happens it's difficult to keep from panicking, but Lauren swooped in and helped me level everything out, knocking my stress level in half. All the tables were set up and ready for us to decorate when we arrived at 9am, and there was a dedicated staff member on hand to assist us in the hour before the wedding and throughout the entire event. The bathrooms were also constantly maintained, which was greatly appreciated by our guests. So many of our loved ones commented on how beautiful and unique the space was, and I'm so grateful we found this hidden gem for our special day. It was everything I had ever dreamed of for my wedding!

We loved having our wedding at Willow Creek Wedding & Event Venue! The venue itself is gorgeous with beautiful gardens that made for a dreamy backdrop. The staff were pretty good to work with in the planning process - they responded very quickly to any questions we had and helped keep us on track with timelines for decisions. We have only positive things to say about the Pines of Alvarado. There was ample parking. With the gazebo, two pergolas and multiple blooming plants, the approach to the building was very attractive. It was 99 degrees when we arrived at the venue, but the room was cool and comfortable. The catering kitchen worked well (our caterer loved it) and included a freezer, which was really nice since we served ice cream for our groom's treat. The kitchen also worked very well as our bar, with a convenient place to put a large frozen margarita machine. We loved having the ability to provide our own alcohol and appreciated the Pines providing the (required) security officers. We did put one row of pipe and drape up so bar goers didn't see the catering work going on behind the drape. The room was large enough to seat 130 guests for a dinner buffet - with adequate space to move about. There was also room for multiple "specialty" tables and a dance floor. There are giant barn doors that were perfect for entrance of the wedding party, as well as for the sparkler send off. A large window at the far end of the building let in ample natural lighting. The building was spotless every time we were there and they had ample tables, chairs, and cloths to meet our needs. The building is rustic in design, but became really pretty with minimal decorations - especially once the strings lights were turned on. Kylie was great to work with. She was flexible, responsive and attentive. Her knowledge and suggestions (when solicited) were invaluable. We are so glad we found the Pines of Alvarado. It was definitely worth the short drive from the metroplex.

This place was so pretty and very easy to work with! Only thing was they have the ac set to a specific temp and it was a bit too hot the day of the wedding inside the dressing rooms and we had to wait until 3 pm for our POC person to arrive. The venue is not at fault as it was 90F in FEBRUARY. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!! Best wedding ever!

Melanie & Miranda were an awesome team! They answered all our questions & gave suggestions to help us fulfill our dream vision. They were so patient & kind when my daughter had trouble making up her mind. They kept at it until she was satisfied. They really worked hard to help us stay in budget while getting the look we were going for. The buffet food was delicious and moist! Not easy for a buffet! The cake from Jenny Lane exceeded our hopes & expectations. We sent a photo and Nabil did an even better job! The flowers were great & the moon gate was beautiful! It was bigger & grander than we expected. The champagne tree was a big hit with everyone! It was such a pretty sight to see as entering the outdoor ceremony space! We got so many compliments about how pretty the venue was, the cake, the food, & the moon gate. My daughter said it was a perfect day! Thank you! I couldn’t ask for more than that!

My daughter and I wanted a single place close to her wedding venue where wedding guests could stay and we could have the rehearsal dinner. Hotel Indigo was the perfect spot! We were able to use an off-site caterer for the dinner, and the personnel at the Indigo graciously provided the room and all necessities including a limited bar. The room setup occurred seamlessly while we were at the wedding rehearsal, and the guests had a wonderful time. Everyone was delighted with their rooms and the breakfast and bar service in the lobby. The front desk, housekeeping, and valet staff were awesome, providing a sense of humor during a stressful time. Thanks to the event staff (particularly Dawn Freeman and her associates) at the Hotel Indigo for giving us this memorable experience. We definitely recommend the Hotel!!

B&C was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding process. They always responded back quickly answering any questions and were helpful along the way. The venue is beautiful and we loved the exposed brick wall and farmhouse tables. Having the catering in house was wonderful! Once we chose them, Katie and Tigi were absolutely amazing in making our dream day come true. They were so kind and patient, and they were fully committed to making our event the most magical night ever! There was so little work or effort on our part – HOB was our venue, bar, caterer, service staff, AND security. For a GREAT price. Everyone is STILL talking about how cool and funky our wedding was, saying it was the best they’ve been to! The food and drinks were SO GOOD, and I have ZERO complaints about the product or service we received. 10000000% would choose them again, and would recommend them to any one!

Its no secret that Texans are proud people, so what better place to get married in than a building that celebrates just that? The Hall of State is absolutely beautiful and Nora is such a sweetheart! They have all of the tables and chairs onsite that you need so you do not have to worry about a rental company bringing them in. Also the Hall of State provides you with a list of preferred vendors so that you have experienced people to deal with the challenges of flipping a room and not having a kitchen on site. Overall you can not beat the grandness of the ballroom or the pictures you will get from having your wedding at the hall of state!

We LOVED the Gaston and were so happy with our experience booking the space for our 2021 spring wedding reception. Because everything is already so beautifully designed you really don’t need many decorations- seriously the photo ops are endless and it’s even more impressive in person! The upstairs room accommodations were a big added perk for our handful of out of town guests to stay the weekend with us and loved that they provide keys to lock up as an added safety precaution. We also chose to book the house next door which gave us extra space/rooms which has a pool table that became a favorite pastime! Communication was great from the second we first visited to tour to the day of our event- Adrienne is an absolute gem! We could not have done it without her!! We completely trusted her and she and was so helpful and genuinely caring about making our day go as smoothly as possible, on top of working with our vendors or providing recommendations to pull off our own unique wedding vision. Maureen was so sweet too, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the day of breakfast to the condition of the entire property- a storm during the week had damaged some of the string lights in the backyard and they were quickly taken care of without us even noticing, and before our guests arrived. It was the perfect venue for our more intimately sized group (we had around 50 people, but could totally accommodate more or less with the right set up). We received so many compliments from guests about the space, especially the dedicated bar area, and I wish we could throw a party there every weekend! If you’re on the fence, just book it now! A great Dallas location that isn’t your typical white barn or industrial wedding venue- We cannot recommend The Gaston enough!

First, the space is beautiful. I particularly loved how customizable everything is. For forever, I knew I wanted to get married at a little white chapel and have the most beautiful, classy reception. During planning, I found that my dream was not going to come to life. My main thing was that I wanted to get married indoors (I knew for a fact it was going to rain on my wedding day). The staff helped bring my vision to life and created the most magical ceremony and reception area. The event center felt spacious and simple, yet elegant. Secondly, and the main reason I would consider getting married here, is the staff! We worked with Kayla to plan the event and she was communicative and inventive in helping us get everything planned perfectly. The staff made sure everything ran so smoothly! There was hardly ever a line at the bar and they flipped our venue for us after the ceremony for no extra cost. They communicated through the evening, helped bus tables, made sure the trash never overflowed, and so. much. more. The staff here is incredible. Third, the venue comes with so much included! When venue searching, it was overwhelming trying to piece together how much things would actually cost. Our package included tables, chairs, and linens, the venue for 14 hours, bartenders, the arches, and each guest was greeted with a glass of wine as they entered the ceremony. It is so worth it to do the unlimited drink package! The cocktails were fun and it was hassle-free. I loved that you could bring in any vendors you wanted, including catering, DJ, and the photographer. Overall, the cost was amazingly reasonable. Fourth and lastly, you'll love your photos. The outdoor areas, including the bridge and vineyards, are beautiful and perfect for portraits. Make sure to ask to take photos in the barrel room! It did rain on my wedding day, in fact, it downpoured. We were still able to have an amazing time and had a fantastic wedding due to the amazing staff and venue. The only thing I would have changed is the getting-ready areas. The women's area was a little cramped with myself, my 4 bridesmaids, 2 makeup artists, and my mom. The men's area is much smaller than the women's, so if you plan on having large wedding parties, I would recommend the men get ready beforehand. Still, I would get married here 100 times over.
