La Finca TX is a beautiful five acre property with the ability to host all types of events. We are family owned, operated and would love the opportunity to have your most treasured moments on our property. have indoor and outdoor options for hosting events. With have lots of options for hosting your wedding at our property including a venue with large windows facing the pond, the patio with a firepit, waterside under our large pecan trees or anywhere on the lawn areas. Our current indoor venue can hold up to 90 guests but with so much land, we can host larger events with an open air concept. Housed on the 2nd floor of the historic Peanut Butter Warehouse, is a unique special event center with expansive views of the Galveston Harbor. The 2nd floor of this building, built in 1907, has been reborn into a state-of-the-art venue while keeping the original architecture intact. The Peanut Butter Warehouse Event Center is a space like none other on the island. We have created a beautifully appointed historic venue that can be transformed into any event that one’s imagination can conjure. The natural light from the 20+ windows on three sides of the building combined with exposed brick and columns makes this space uniquely classic yet contemporary. Not to mention the breathtaking harbor side views of the ship channel and cruise terminals. Make your event a part of history!

Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal. On the momentous occasion, a venue manager will be on-site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The event staff also offers valet parking and assistance with setup and cleanup. Their goal is to create a seamless celebration that allows you sit back, relax, and indulge in the romance.

Your event just got more sophisticated. When you book with Brandt 1910 you are adding historical style and class to your wedding, party, or private event. Built in 1910 by F.D. Brandt, the "Coca-Cola" building was originally constructed as a general store. Later, the building was split in two to make room for a pharmacy which complimented the nearby local doctor's office which was run by Dr. J.T. Mize, Physician, and Surgeon from 1920 - 1944. The general store, pharmacy, and doctor's office played an integral role in supporting the local commerce that was brought in by the Gulf, Colorado, and Santa Fe Railroad. In the 1960s the general store was sold and over the years played host to a number of restaurants and an antique store which was owned by Cal Ray Schluter who believed in preserving the old building for future generations. In 2022, Mr. Schluter sold the building to Joshua and Natalie DeJong with the purpose of restoring and preserving the building for its historic beauty.
