After pursuing a degree in fine art with a concentration in graphic design and working in the industry I took an opportunity to open a restaurant and market with my mom. As fate would have it, that business lead me to grow my baking skills and I later combined that with my desire to create fine art and started Gingerspice Bakery. Just as weddings are a team collaborative effort so is my process with you. I want to know what you love — what inspires you — to create something memorable and one of a kind for your dream wedding.

Jake’s was founded by three plucky folks in 1999 in Atlanta, Georgia. Each believed that Atlanta, and the world, needed a better choice for ice cream. This Little Light Bakery and Caribbean Delights was founded by Suerence Marcelle in 2019. Suerence is a self-taught pastry chef who started baking as a hobby making candy apples and chocolate treats. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Suerence expanded her baking talents to display her Caribbean roots in some of her delicacies such as black cake and Caribbean pastries. Laura Curtis, a Culinary Institute of America grad, was working as a R&D chef when she made her first batch of bright pink, tart & fruity Raspberry Hibiscus marshmallows. Her husband suggested she name the new amply fluffy creations Malvi, short for malvavisco, the Spanish word for marshmallow. She created Malvi Mallows using European-Style butter and Fair-Trade chocolate to make Malvi cookies extra rich, and dried hibiscus flowers, locally roasted espresso, whole vanilla bean, and organic Georgia peanuts to maximize marshmallow flavors, then built a business so that everyone can party s'more.
