Make sure your expectations are realistic. It's amazing how many requests I get for a "simple" cake yet the images we're given as examples are extremely elaborate - far from simple. Keep in mind the cakes you see on TV can Start at $1,500 each and involve a small army of workers to complete them.

Please allow up to 48 business hours (excluding Mondays and Holidays) to receive a response. This is especially true on the weekends when my workload is heavier and we are busy fulfilling orders.

Yes, all custom creations are delivered right to you, an includes set up if requested. The minimum charge for local delivery is $35.00. Deliveries on Sunday or Monday are subject to additional fees.

When you place your custom order, you will be required to make a deposit equal to 50% of the total order cost. The balance is due 48 hours prior to delivery.

Change size or cancellations for all custom work must be received at least 10 business days prior to delivery in order to receive an adjustment to your price or refund of deposit. Cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to an event will have their deposit applied to a future order (no refunds will be given).
