Steph was absolutely PHENOMENAL coordinating our day! She managed the daunting task of keep my husband and I, plus our crazy families, and just made our day absolutely perfect! We loved her up-beat personality and can-do attitude! We found her around 30 days before the day of, and she reassured me (I might of had a slight breakdown) that is was normal and completely fine. We had an unfortunate bump in the road when the venue let go of the manager we were working with, but Steph took charge and contacted our other vendors to ensure the day went off without a hitch, and she delivered! She set up our decorations, including our beautiful chuppah (pic included) and it was everything we imagined. It was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't be happier!

If I could give Meagan and Escape Key Travel Co 1000 stars, I would. Meagan planned our honeymoon to Italy which couldn’t have been any better. From the first call to understand our expectations and ideas until the last day of our honeymoon Meagan was always on our side and supported us in the best way possible. Meagan handled all our requests, including changes to the schedule, and was always available to answer our questions. Ashley a bonus, Meagan provides an app on our phone which included our itinerary, documents, and all travel information, so we didn’t have to worry about forgetting details or documents. Meagan’s knowledge about our dream destination was invaluable to get us the best experience, including great restaurants suggestions! As foodies and art lovers Meagan tailored a beautiful 14 day honeymoon including stays Rome, Florence and Naples. The trip was a perfect mix of activity and leisure time, and of course lots of time to enjoy the great Italian food and drinks. As our highlight we will never forget our visit to the Uffizi Galleries and the best steak Fiorentina during our time in Florence. Meagan’s positive attitude and experience with travelling Europe got is even more exciting about our honeymoon than we already were! Brittany and her team were an absolute dream to work with. She was one of our most proffesional and detailed oriented vendors. After our initial call, Brittany sent over a gorgeous and detailed mock up. Her communication leading up to our Wedding (we hired Wylde Rose for Styling for our Hindu Ceremony) was excellent, checking in with us to see if we needed anything - which was a breath of fresh air chasing around most vendors. The team pulled out ALL stops to make our Wedding Rentals and styling look gorgeous. Our planner called Brittany with concerns from about the stage we had delivered and Brittany and team were ON IT to make everything gorgeous and execute our vision flawlessly! They had great ideas on the spot to help the concerns. Brianna and Karin were absolute rockstars! They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you for helping make it such a truly unique and special day.

It’s my pursuit to take all the stress off your plate and help you build the event of a lifetime. I truly want to become your best friend, go to person, planner, and even a punching bag when things just might not be going well that day, throughout the entire process

My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!

Kenny and her team were so helpful! They are professional, organized, kind and went above and beyond for us. We did day of coordination and Kenny jumped in about a month out, taking care of all vendor communications and creating a timeline for us. She kept everything running smoothly the morning of the wedding and made sure everything and everyone were where they needed to be. She set up the reception decor exactly as I had envisioned it. Also kept our timeline on track during the reception. Truly can’t imagine how we would’ve made it through the day without her!

Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough!
