When choosing a photographer for our wedding and for our post-wedding mountaintop shoot (instead of an engagement photoshoot), we wanted a photographer who had a unique artistic vision who produced dynamic and emotional shots. “Setting up and planning everything with the person online was wondering and really gave me high hopes! Everything went super smoothly. They gave me a comprehensive shopping list and helped finesse all the recipes for our mocktail bar. Also checked in a few times prior to the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page. Now the bartender who came was a different story. She forget several of her tools needed including knives for all the garnishes. I had bought quite a bit of oranges, lemons, limes etc. She was also incredibly rude and several people remarked to me about that during the wedding day and after the wedding. She looked miserable and angry the whole time at the wedding. The only time I went to the bar, she wasn’t there and after about 10 minutes of waiting around, she came back and I asked to try all my mocktails and she gave me a judgy look and said that she was already made a drink for the bride earlier. I asked again and finally after my husband asked with me she made them but reluctantly. Mind you, this was a nonalcoholic bar. Overall liked Bucky’s, but the bartender was who worked with them was having an off day.”

“We had our wedding reception at a brewery and wanted some easy to eat sweet and salty snacks. These popcorn flavors were delicious, they sent us flavors to try before we decided. We chose 4 flavors and they shipped them right to our house. The popcorn buckets had our cute custom labels which they designed for us and looked PERFECT! We had tons of compliments on the popcorn. We ordered plenty and people were grabbing them to take home at the end of the night. A perfect snack after a few beers. Theu were very fast with the samples and the order too!”

“My husband and I got married on a hiking trail near Seattle in 2015. We lived in Nashville, and had never even been to Seattle, yet we had a trip planned there and decided to elope. I found Tyler's photography website online, and immediately could tell his style was exactly what I was looking for. The entire time leading up to our trip, Tyler's communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to make sure our elopement went exactly like we wanted it to. He even let me ride with him to our elopement spot, as my soon-to-be husband rode with our officiant (we wanted to do a first look, so I didn't want to ride in the same vehicle). We didn't have a specific plan for that day, but Tyler facilitated it so effortlessly -- as if it had been planned all along. He suggested a first look at the base of the hiking trail, and after that we hiked together until we found a good clearing in the woods for the little ceremony. When that was over, we hiked the rest of the way to the top, where we took a few more photos and signed our wedding license. Tyler even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate! Tyler, his assistant, and our officiant were the only ones there besides my husband and I, and we enjoyed the day together as if we had been friends all along. Now that I've made it clear how highly I think of Tyler's communication, suggestions, and helpfulness, I'll add that his photography is incredible. I wasn't sure how the pictures would turn out, as our elopement day was overcast and seemed to be on the brink of rain-- but as soon as I saw them for the first time, I was blown away. In the years following, several people have told me our wedding photos are the best they have ever seen. Tyler took a beautiful location, and truly did it justice with his camera- a feat not every photographer can achieve. (And to think half of the photos were taken WHILE he was hiking alongside with us!) If you want a personable, professional, and helpful photographer who can deliver the photographs you'll cherish for the rest of your life, look no further. Tyler is your guy!!”

I’ve been a photographer for over 15 years. My journey started at Mississippi School of the Arts where I first saw the magic of a photo develop in a darkroom! I have a bachelor's degree in Photojournalism from Southern Miss and worked as a professional marketing photographer for 6 years before moving on full-time to wedding photography. That important step has proven fruitful as my passion for capturing real moments has been fulfilled by capturing the magic of loving couples. Now after 2 years of booking my calendar up and meeting with beautiful people from all over the southeast, I can reliably say my expertise is serving a higher purpose.
