Me and my husband recently got married here at the Beverly Mansion. It was truly the perfect day! VENUE: Of course, Grand Tradition is absolutely beautiful (it is what we were initially drawn to). Their landscape is always luscious and VERY well-kept. Gorgeous bright green lawns and colorful flowers. You hardly even need any ceremony décor. This venue is pretty enough on its own. COORDINATION: We had a coordinator swap midway through planning, and ended up with Lisa. She was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the whole entire process such a breeze and easily answered any questions/concerns we had. Lisa was professional, organized and extremely friendly. We loved getting to work with her. She worked her butt off during the entire process, and it showed on our wedding day. Everything ran SO smooth. Lisa made sure to keep us on schedule and handled all the vendors, everything went without a hitch. STAFF: The entire Grand Tradition staff we had on our wedding day exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived I almost felt like a celebrity. We were treated with smiles, enthusiasm and care. The whole team was professional and really knew how to put on a wedding. I had two bridal assistants, Mackenna and Kaitlyn, who were absolute angels. You both really made me feel at ease with our little chats. You were constantly checking in on me, fixing my dress, holding my drinks, getting me food and doing anything I needed throughout the entire day. FOOD: You never really know what you are going to get with wedding food, but I think Grand Tradition has some of the best. That had SO many options when picking out what we wanted on our buffet, it made it easy to accommodate all different tastes. Our guests are still telling us how amazing their food was. Everything was truly delicious! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. If you want a fairytale, stress-free and perfect wedding, this is the place to go!

I want to thank the staff and owner of Venue808. My husband and I recently had our wedding at this venue and first the place is amazing, it truly is a hidden gem. The location is perfect for a downtown wedding, or event. The owner was extremely helpful, above and beyond. The staff was professional and I could not have asked for more. The Vistonian was a lovely venue! We loved all of the greenery and natural light inside the venue. It was spacious and allowed for plenty of room for our guests. The bridal suite was also spacious with lots of mirrors and outlets. We used the venue for both ceremony and reception. It was an easy transition going from one to the next. We worked with Shelly, the venue coordinator, and she was fabulous! Great communication from when we toured, booked, and up to our big day. The value for what we got was amazing as well! We did their all inclusive package and were happy with the price for all that we got: tables & chairs, bridal suite, catering, open bar, and DJ. Honestly, so great if you're on a budget or have a bigger budget and want to spend more on something like decor or florals. Highly recommend!!

Codie & Morgan were my coordinators, and they helped me so much with the process of planning, choosing the details, timeline, and day of coordination. Codie was absolute perfection, she is so sweet and kind, she handled the day of coordination amazingly, she was there for me whenever I needed her, and she knew exactly what to do even when I had no idea! The reception hall was GORGEOUS, I loved how everything was set up, she did everything and more to help ease the stress of my wedding day! I couldn't have done this without her, Codie, I'll forever be grateful for all of your help and pure kindness. The food service was also great, we received many compliments on the cocktail hour foods and dinner service! All of the staff there were incredibly kind and nice, the bartenders, staff, chefs, bus boys, everyone was amazing. Our DJ Arnie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, he is recommended by Codie and works frequently with Shadowridge and I'm so thankful we booked him. I definitely recommend having your wedding here, they did an exceptional job and Codie was perfection. Thank you!!!

We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.

The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.
