When written cancellation notice is received after the collection of room rental deposit and additional fees, but at least twenty (20) calendar days before the date of use, a full refund of the room rental fees and additional fees will be processed minus the $20 nonrefundable application fee. When written cancellation notice is received less than twenty (20) calendar days prior to the date of use, there will be no refund of room rental fees, technology fees and equipment rental fees. A full refund will be given for set-up fees, cleaning/damage deposit fees.

Yes, insurance can be purchased through the City's Special Event Insurance provider.

Our facility operates on an a-la-carte basis, allowing you to book the space by the hour. Technology such as screens and projectors can be added for an additional fee.
