The Renwick Mansion is one of Davenport's most amazing historic locations. The beauty, elegance and history of the mansion are truly one of a kind. This Italian Revival Villa features a large indoor event space, bar, 4 balconies, a pa bridal suite, 8 bedrooms and a large lawn to accommodate events with up to 300 guests. A birds eye view of the Quad Cities and the Mississippi River can be enjoyed on the second story balcony or the fourth story tower.

Grace Lutheran Church was organized on February 2, 1888, with 18 charter members. It was notable for being the first “English” church, with services in English rather than Swedish, in the Augustana Synod. Connections to Augustana College were strong, and services were held at Augustana’s chapel in the early years of the church.

Built in 1867 by French Icarian Adolphe Cambre the three bedroom home boasts original woodwork, floor plan, and windows from the 1860's. Featuring large lawns and a secluded forested area this venue will make you feel like you have stepped back in time to an enchanted farmhouse. Large patio for outside dancing, cute barn for small inside gatherings, and historic farmhouse make the Cambre place a unique can't be missed venue.

The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

A three-story Victorian Mansion built in 1915 and once the home to Emerson Keith, founder of Keith Country Day School. The two available stories include two large studio spaces, galley kitchen, sun porch, and professional office, with options to add on massage suite, esthetics suite, and hair salon. The building's integrity has remained intact, simply allowing for updated paint and decoration. An incredibly versatile space for intimate events, bridal suite, showers, rehearsal dinners, photography, media stages, video, and meetings.

We are a former Masonic Temple built in 1906 that has been updated in a fun and modern way while still keeping all the history and character of the original building. Our beautiful historical building is located in the Millwork Historical District in Dubuque, Ia. We are the oldest city in the State of Iowa. We offer two different ballrooms. Our smaller one, the Junior, holds up to 175 for a ceremony & 125 for a reception. Our Grand Ballroom holds up to 450 guests. We have shopping, bars, restaurants, an arcade, a courtyard with a megatron tv and a Comedy Bar. There are lots to do in and outside of our building in our district. The Steeple Square Community Event Center is a venue located in historic downtown Dubuque, IA. This venue occupies a former church and now proudly stands as a historic landmark and a community minded nonprofit. Their venue is nestled just north of the lively Millwork District. The Steeple Square Community Event Center offers three versatile spaces to host your entire wedding day. Their stunning main hall is their largest and most iconic space to host your wedding, comfortably accommodating up to three hundred guests. New additions to their campus include their colorful outdoor plaza and their bright and industrial lower-level space. All three spaces can be mixed-and-matched to host ceremony, cocktail hour, reception (and more!) with precision and ease. Couples who host their wedding at the Steeple Square Community Event Center can anticipate a hands-on experience with a Steeple Square representative. They are known for their above and beyond service and attention to detail.

The Ellwood House Museum is an historic estate that offers three unique rental spaces on ten acres of gardens and grounds. These include the first floor and terraces of elegant Ellcourt, an historic Tudar Revival house built in 1899. It is available from March through mid-November and is our only venue where alcohol service is permissible. Ellcourt has an hourly rate of $350. The grounds also offer a choice of three garden spaces for wedding ceremonies. Garden rentals are available mid-May to mid-October and include an inclement weather backup location in the Hearthside Room of the Visitor Center. The rental rate is a flat fee of $500. The third venue is our more casual space, the Hearthside Room, which includes access to the galleries. It is available March through mid-November, and the rental rate is $75 per hour. All venues are limited to 80 people, and both indoor venues have full kitchens.
