“Savannah did an AMAZING job. Her hubby was there to help and both were so patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire ceremony and reception. We had multiple calls to go over our wedding timeline and what to expect. She always communicated and responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. “Hiring Ohana and working with Sonya was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I was hesitant to hire an outside coordinator because we had a venue coordinator, but the venue coordinator does not do nearly the amount that Ohana does. Hiring Ohana is a NEED. I was first introduced to Danielle and we instantly connected. I felt she understood my vision and wanted to help create our dream wedding. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Sonya for the 90-day coordination package and she was the kindest, most patient, and organized planner. She responded quickly to emails and answered all of my questions, she took over communication with vendors and relieved much of the planning stress, she provided detailed checklists and kept me on track. She also created a detailed by the minute itinerary for the entire weekend for us, our vendors, and a shorthand version for our bridal party which was extremely helpful. Our wedding day was seamless with no hiccups and I can honestly thank Sonya for that. She made sure to keep the day moving on schedule, communicated with all of the vendors, and made sure to check in with me often. Even wedding guests and our parents gave raving reviews for Sonya. “Claire’s communication was impeccable, I never felt that I had any questions because she would answer them before I knew I had a question! She is wildly professional yet fun. After booking the wedding with her, Ashley gave us many vendor recommendations and even helped us find our officiant since that was something that we were struggling with. At some point between the engagement session and wedding, Ashley called us and told us that a conflict with our wedding date came up and that she needed to be out of state that day. She had already come up with a few options to present to us, and we chose to keep our contract and let a different photographer fill-in for Ashley. Ashley knew this photographer, had worked with her before, and trusted her. And we trusted Ashley. Having the other photographer fill-in for Ashley worked out seamlessly and I was never worried about it because of all of the discussions we had. The week before the wedding we had a final consult call with Ashley & the other photographer where we discussed every last detail. This was great because it put us all on the same page, plus let us voice our opinion on a few topics (timeline details/what types of photos to prioritize/etc.). “I had my wedding in November 2023, and working with 505 was like a DREAM. I got a package that allowed me to work with a video and photo team, and I also had a day-of coordinator. Krystal was my coordinator, and she was incredible!! She was super friendly and bubbly, but also extremely professional. Working with her and her team was such a smooth process; they were quick communicators, I always got a response back quickly, and I never felt uncertain or worried with them. “We highly recommend AA Studios! They were our wedding videographers and we are so thankful we found them! They were easy to work with. Their communication from the very beginning was fantastic and it never faltered. They sent us a questionnaire to fill out that ended up being incredibly helpful with some wedding planning details we hadn’t even thought of yet. The day of they were on time and ready to go! They immediately got started with videoing details as we got ready. They were kind and accommodating all day. After, they continued their great communication and updated us often on where they were with the editing process. They provided multiple videos within the contracted time frame. Now…on to the quality of the finished products. AMAZING! We received a teaser video of a few seconds and it made us so excited for what was to come! After that was our highlight video. Watching that had us smiling from ear to ear as we remembered our day and saw things we didn’t see the day of. It was absolutely beautifully edited. We shared it with our friends and family on Facebook and everyone loved it as well. We also received our full ceremony, which I have watched probably 100 times since then. They captured every word, every emotion. Another video was our reception video. It included our entrance, cake cutting, speeches and dances. We love rewatching that and hearing the words spoken and laughing at our not so perfect dancing. Finally, we received an extended highlight video with some messages from family at the end.
