Red Maple Vineyard is a beautiful vineyard and farm, located on 143-acres of vibrant and diverse property which over looks the historic Hudson River. The land is composed of a renovated cow barn from the 1800's, stone foundation ruins, horse paddock, chicken coop, expansive lawns, forests, vineyards, fruit & vegetable, herb and floral gardens. Our property provides endless opportunities for pictures, and sets an incomparable scene for your ceremony and reception. Juniper Springs Wedding Barn offers a 3,920 square foot timber frame event space and barn wedding venue. Featuring spacious ten-foot high barn door openings on both ends and retractable sides, your event can enjoy an open air atmosphere while still being shielded from the elements. The West Mountain Inn was originally built as a farmhouse in 1809. From 1880 to 1920, first a gristmill and then a lumber mill were operated on the Battenkill River at the foot of the mountain. In 1904 Ned and Gwendolyn Rochester purchased the 150 acre farm and began to transform it into an elegant summer estate. After a succession of other residents the estate later became an arts and retreat center.
