Where will the wedding be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Hillside Gardens in Colorado Springs.

Will there be an open or cash bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for all well drinks, beer, wine, and several specialty drinks. Top shelf liquor will also be available for a cash fee. The bartender will let you know if what you're ordering requires cash before it is made. All non-alcoholic drinks will be available upon request as part of the open bar and water stations will also be provided.

What do I wear??

Answer

It's a garden party! Long or short dresses, jumpsuits, suits, khaki/sport coat/button down shirt combo. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or leggings. And of course, please leave white for the bride.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Hillside has a fenced in parking lot monitored by security as well as street parking available. Rideshare easily available for guests taking advantage of the open bar.

What time should I arrive on the day of the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30. HOWEVER, the property has an amazing tequila bar on site called Cactus Jack's that will be open starting at 2:30. Come take advantage of pre-ceremony libations, snacks and water will also be provided :) If you are a chronically late person (like Whitney) please note the ceremony space is a 10-15 min walk depending on where you park so please plan accordingly.

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

While we love children, please respect that this event is only for guests 18 and older.

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

Yes- We are planning a welcome party the night before the wedding and everyone is invited! It will be held at COATI 5p-8p on 9/21. Please see the Schedule tab for more details.
