We have been informed by the hotel, they have multiple room blocks the weekend of the wedding. The sooner you book your hotel, the sooner you are guaranteed a room. In addition to the reduced rate, booking via the room block also negates the 2 night minimum for Columbus Day Weekend. Last Day to book your hotel is Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Please note, check-in for the hotel does not begin until 4:00 pm. We suggest calling the resort the morning of and when you arrive. We have confirmed they are prepared to check in the majority of our guests staying at the hotel when they arrive after the wedding.

We will be providing transportation for our guests who will be taking advantage of the hotel. Please note, may not be able to check-in, in advance but we suggest checking with the resort the morning of and when you arrive to confirm. Transportation to arrive at the wedding will begin at 3:30 pm and will stop at 4:00 pm, when the ceremony is scheduled to begin. 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm Transportation back to the hotel will start at 9:00 pm and continue to the end of the reception.
