Ceremony

Semi-Formal/Formal: Our color scheme is shades of orange, peach, gold, ivory, and cream accented with touches of forest green and brown; however, please feel free to wear colors of your choice. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Per venue guidelines, the outdoor ceremony at the Grand Pergola Garden will take place promptly at 5:00 p.m. (approximately 90 minutes prior to sunset). Seating will begin at 4:30 p.m. We consider all of our guests to be a part of our extended family, so please feel free to take any seat on either side. Our venue is located in a tourist area, so please allow extra time to arrive at the ceremony. There is ample, free parking in the lot near the garden as well as in the surrounding community near the golf course. If there is inclement weather, all wedding celebration activities will take place in the Grand Hall. If you haven't arrived to the wedding ceremony before 5:00 p.m., we ask that you join us at the cocktail hour and reception to avoid disruptions.
Cocktail Hour

The cocktail hour will take place immediately after the ceremony on the Spanish patio and in the Grand Hall directly across from the Grand Pergola Garden. There will be an open, top shelf bar for the entire evening inclusive of signature drinks that will accompany an assortment of stationed and passed hors d'oeuvres. For age verification purposes, please bring a government-issued ID card if you plan to consume alcoholic drinks.

We hope you bring your appetite and your dancing shoes! Please plan to join us in the Grand Hall as we indulge in an extensive, unlimited buffet and top shelf open bar. The dinner buffet will feature chicken, fish, beef, side dishes, and a variety of salad options. Also, just in case you want to satisfy a late night craving, we will also provide hearty, late night bites for your dining pleasure on the venue grounds. In celebration of our union, we will dance the night away to a variety of music across decades.
