We have a room block reserved at Hotel Ballast Wilmington, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for December 26, 2023 through December 29, 2023. Hotel Ballast is located 2.5 blocks from our venue, The Elia, and near the rehearsal dinner location, too. The hotel offers complimentary airport transportation, and you can choose to stay with a city view or a view of the beautiful Cape Fear river! Booking your room is simple, just select "Book a Room" to receive our group's preferred rate. Our wedding block rate will be available until 11/26/2023. After the cut-off date, please note the group rate will no longer be valid. Keep in mind if you want to come a day early (BEFORE 12/26/2023) or stay a day late (AFTER 12/29/2023), you may not be able to make the reservation on line. If that happens, call the hotel directly Monday-Thursday between 9am and 2pm (910) 763-5900 and ask for Pam in Reservations. She will check availability of the discounted rate.
