The lavender coffee is WhitneyKate's all-time, very favorite coffee shop. Right up the street from two of our favorite consignment shopping spots and near a cute record shop.

Check out this spot for some seafood and southern cooking that will truly wow. If you see owners Corey and Phalen, be sure to tell them the Lynch fam sent you!

On Thyme Restaurant

This non-profit gift shop is full of beautiful woodworking crafts made by local teens learning skills while they stay off the mean streets of Wilmington.

Kids Making It

Tour this retired navel ship that was saved from the scrap yard durinng the 60's by local kids collecting coins. Conveniently located at right by the gorgeous river promenade in Wilmington's downtown.

Battleship North Carolina

Approximately fifteen minutes out of town and basically all yours during the winter, adventurous Northerners who stick their feet into the water will be pleasantly surprised all year round.
