Is this an adults only event or are kids allowed?

Answer

We absolutely LOVE kids, but this will be an ADULTS ONLY celebration! If you are coming from out of town, we are happy to have kids at all of our other events throughout the weekend. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have! We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be shuttle service to and from the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles leaving from the Holiday Inn & Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites to transport guests to and from the ceremony. A schedule will be posted at the front desk. If you need a shuttle to and from the rehearsal dinner, please stop at the front desk to schedule a shuttle run to and from Quail Meadows.

Is there an airport shuttle available?

Answer

Yes! Both hotels are under the same owner and share an airport shuttle service. Once you've booked your flights, contact the property you're staying at and schedule your shuttle pickup and drop off. The shuttle runs 7am-11pm.
