We will have a welcome happy hour to kickoff the weekend! This is an open house style event for anyone who would like to attend! Food and drink will be on your own. Suite Fire Bar & Grille is located in the Holiday Inn & Suites in Peoria. This is one of the hotels in our wedding block, and it's the location of our reception. We can't wait to celebrate with all of you!

Rehearsal Dinner

This event is invite only. Our rehearsal dinner will take place in the banquet room at Quail Meadows Golf Course. This event will begin at 6:00pm and dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Dinner will be catered by Bernardi's. Beer and wine will be hosted. Full cash bar available too. Dress code is casual.

Wedding Ceremony

Semi-formal attire requested. The ceremony will be outdoors on the golf course. Dress for the weather. Ladies may want to rethink stilettos as the grass can be soft.
Parking is limited. Please consider carpooling or utilizing the shuttles from the hotels. There is a paved path to our ceremony location on the 14th hole. Shuttle Information: DETAILS POSTED AT FRONT DESK OF EACH PROPERTY There will be shuttle runs from both the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn & Suites Pick Up Times: Hampton Inn- 2:45, 3:20 Holiday Inn- 2:45, 3:00, 3:20 A return shuttle will be available following the ceremony and will drop off at Cocktail Hour at the Holiday Inn & Suites.

Cocktail hour and reception will take place at the Grand Prairie Ballroom inside the Holiday Inn & Suites. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00pm in the pre-function area. There will be cocktails and appetizers available. The ballroom doors will open at 6:00pm for our reception. Parking available directly outside ballroom doors. This is located on the left side of the hotel building. You may enter through those doors. *Ballroom area connects to the hotel. Take the hallway to the left of the front desk to get to the ballroom.
