For Good or for Worse

I (Holly) was getting ready to begin my illustrious career as a UVA transit bus driver. I thought to myself: "There is no way anyone cute could be driving a bus!" Which was immediately followed with the appearance of my fellow driver who was, to my surprise, quite cute. His name was Michael, and I have no idea what he asked me to do, but I am sure it was important bus stuff.

Following an elaborate, well-planned, and beautiful "anniversary walk" around Grounds visiting spots from our 2 years of dating (and after lots of time attempting to steer me (Holly) in the right direction for the unknown photo-op), Michael said some beautiful things and dropped to his knee right beside the gorgeous Dell Pond beside Emmet St., Charlottesville.

Michael: To study for and take the engineer's exam in April, followed by other preparation to become a licensed professional engineer. Holly: To attend UVA grad school beginning in August 2018 for architectural history and preservation, followed by a Ph.D program in the same field.
