Yes, there is *limited* parking for up to 40 cars at the venue. There are 3 lots total. The lower lot is reserved for older/mobility-impaired guests. The middle lot fills first, then the top. If you plan to drive yourself, we *highly* recommend downloading directions from your hotel/starting point to the venue off of Google Maps, etc., because cell service closer to the venue is spotty. If you plan to drive, we suggest carpooling, but we will be providing transportation for as many guests as possible, depending on which accommodations options our guests select. More information regarding this will be made available, on both this tab, and the Accommodations & Travel tab closer to the wedding, but the current standing is described on the Accommodations & Travel tab now. Note that Uber/Lyft are not available in the area, but limited taxis are available with advanced booking via Hancock Taxi - 607.637.3000. Please direct any questions to Trudy & Chris at christrudywedding@gmail.com, or via text/call as necessary.

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, if your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, please feel free to bring a date. If not, we would prefer to celebrate with just you!
We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off! Yes, you deserve it, so please leave the little ones at home.
We would deeply appreciate if you RSVP by June 25, 2022.
Ultimately, we want you to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable and ready to celebrate. If you need some guidance, here's some general ideas: Ladies- Dresses, jumpsuits, formal blouse & pants combos, or suits. Comfortable heels, wedges, or formal flats/sandals. Gentlemen- Suits, or dress shirts & slacks. Dress shoes. Tie & jacket optional.
The health of our friends and family members matters to us very much. We ask that all guests able to be vaccinated & boosted before the wedding please do so. As we all know by this point, a lot can change in a matter of months, so we will be closely monitoring CDC guidelines and will update requirements as needed.
We are offering a buffet/stations with multiple options for each part of appetizers, dinner & dessert, but will do our best to accommodate any further food allergies and restrictions. When you RSVP, you'll be able to share your dietary restrictions, which we will communicate to our caterer.
July is an ideal month to visit the Catskills with pleasant temperatures between the mid sixties and low eighties on average, and relatively low humidity. There is a chance of summer rain, so, if desired, please bring an umbrella, shawl, or light jacket just in case.
