With the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to evolve and change rapidly, we will be updating our COVID-19 protocols regularly to ensure we are doing our part to reduce the spread of the virus. At this time, we are not requiring any testing or masking for the wedding. We do, however, strongly encourage anyone traveling out-of-state for the wedding to consider taking a rapid test upon arrival to prevent any possible transmission of the virus. We also kindly ask that anyone with any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms please stay home in order to prevent the spread of any illnesses at our event. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Kendall or Travis, and we will be happy to discuss this further with you.
Dinner will be buffet-style and will include: Herb Marinated Tri Tip Baked Salmon Cheesy Duchess Potatoes Herb Roasted Vegetable Medley Poached Pear Pecan Salad Caesar Salad Dinner Roll A vegetarian or gluten free option is available upon request. Please note this in your RSVP, if needed.
The golf course is shut down 45 minutes before the ceremony starts, so please plan to arrive no earlier than this. Once you arrive, make your way to the clubhouse so the venue staff can provide directions to the ceremony location.
Since the ceremony location is on the golf course, and safety is of the utmost importance, our venue recommends everyone head to the clubhouse upon arrival. There you can use the restroom and wait for the golf course to be closed. Once the venue staff gives the go-ahead that the golf course has been closed (~45 minutes before the ceremony), guests can start making their way to the ceremony location. There will be a few golf carts available to shuttle guests out to the venue when it’s time.
