Please arrive by 4pm, the ceremony will begin soon after :) We have full access to the property Friday at 3pm-Sunday at 3pm. If you’d like to hang out on site earlier, we suggest coming after lunch on Saturday to explore!
- Our weekend of festivities are all happening at Woolman Hill (retreat center) - Woolman Hill is at 107 Keets Road, Deerfield, MA 01342 - The entrance to Keets Road is off of the 5&10 aka Greenfield Rd, follow the signs to the end of Keets Road and boom, you’re there! - There is a gravel parking lot to start. If this fills up, please look for the parking signs on the other side of the path - Please arrive for Saturday’s ceremony by 4pm, we aim to begin soon after - If weather permits, the ceremony will be outdoors under the giant sycamore tree. This is located next to the main Farmhouse, on the side of the building opposite to where you enter the property - If the weather is not favorable (rain beyond a sporadic light sprinkle) the ceremony will be indoors, in the Meeting House. The Meeting House is on the walking path opposite of the giant sycamore tree - I know this sounds like a lot of walking, we promise it is not :) everything’s only a handful of yards away from one another
At night, it will be a little chilly! This is primarily an outdoor event, so dress accordingly. Historically, Western Mass is absolutely lovely this time of year, with highs in the lower 70s, and lows in the upper 40s. We aim to have a late afternoon ceremony, soaking up as much sunshine as we can! We will have heaters and bonfires at night, maybe some blankets, and there are several cozy indoor seating areas welcome to everyone. We have backup indoor accommodations for the ceremony if the weather isn't favorable. As for your outfit, we would say it is a “Cocktail Attire” meets “Garden Party” style event. Some ideas are cocktail dresses, fun florals, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dress jackets, and slacks. This is primarily an outdoor shindig, so please, wear what you're comfortable in! We recommend leaving the stillettos at home.

Unless your dog is a *service animal* that performs needed tasks for you and that aids you with things such as mobility… No animals are allowed on the property.
Please please don’t 💙 this is an *invite only* wedding! This is also a wedding with adult substances present so please, unless we invited your teen-child, I would not recommend bringing additional guests, including and especially small children. We are not planning accommodations for small children… So do with that information what you will :) If you have questions, please chat with Sam or Chloe about this.
Most likely, yes! We would love nothing more than to help you arrange rides with each other *before* you arrive! If you need some assistance, call, text, or email us ASAP!
