Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. There will be an outdoor patio available though with heaters throughout the evening.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal. Party in the front, classy in the back...but actually, just wear something you feel snazzy in and bring your dancing shoes.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking and cars can be kept overnight until noon on Sunday.

Both the ceremony and reception will be at: Cataylst at Nature Link Resort, 24621 S Clark Lake Rd, Nisswa, MN 56468.

Will there be a place to put a card or gift?

Answer

Yes, we will have a small table for cards and gifts, but mailing gifts to the address on our registry is the easiest and preferred way :).

What time should I arrive on the wedding day?

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the ceremony.

Should I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you please be present with us and leave your phone aside and on silent. Thank you so much!

Yes, the Catalyst has a coat room.

Yes, there are no stairs to access the venue and once inside, there is an elevator to take you upstairs to the ceremony room.

We truly wish we could invite all of our guests’ children to our wedding, but we are only able to accommodate the guests that are formally on your wedding invitation. However, if you are nursing or have a question related to this topic, please reach out to us :).

Why are you making me come to Minnesota in March?

Answer

We appreciate Minnesota's beauty in all four seasons and loved the idea of having a lakeside, wooded winter wonderland for our weekend. We appreciate your willingness to brave the "Minnesota winter" for us :). Fun fact: The average temperature in Nisswa on March 22 is 40 degrees - not too shabby.
