Our favorite BBQ spot in Austin! This is a must try for anyone visiting out of town. They also have a large variety of beers that you can choose from. They don't take reservations, you just show up.
Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden
Located on Rainey Street! This is a great place to go and get a Bratwurst and a Stein. Start here for brunch and explore Rainey Street! They also have live music and it is great VIBES!!!

One of the most popular steakhouses in downtown Austin. Great dinner & date spot!

A great restaurant that serves seafood and steaks in downtown Austin. Great choice for a nice dinner!
Red Ash- Italian
This is our absolute favorite restaurant in Austin! We come here for all of our birthday celebrations. If you can, go on OpenTable (or give them a call - they usually have more availability when you call) and get a reservation - you must try it!
Uchi- Sushi
One of the nicest sushi restaurants in Austin! Great place to go out to dinner or on a date if you have some time.
BarChi Sushi
This is our favorite sushi restaurant! Great rolls and drinks. We come here all the time and hit their happy hour. It's an ALL DAY happy hour on SUNDAY!
P6 at the LINE Austin
Great place to go for happy hour and cocktails. It also has some of the nicest views in downtown! You can make reservations here: https://www.exploretock.com/p6-austin (You walk into The Line Hotel and take the elevator up to the restaurant)
Jo's Coffee
Our favorite place to get coffee. (Try the iced Turbo!) Located on South Congress where there is a ton of shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend checking out this area and exploring!
Lady Bird Lake
Lady Bird Lake is located in downtown Austin and has a 10 mile trail that runs along it - great place to go on a walk or run. Some of the other activities mentioned (kayaking and paddle boarding) are located on this lake.
Zilker Metropolitan Park
A very nice and popular park where you can relax, have a picnic and enjoy the views of the city.
